Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HOME What a classy staff. They treat me like family. Always called by name, they remember me from one stay to the next. The Club is a nice relaxing getaway from the days activities. From the front desk to housekeeping , everyone is pleasant. B R A V O 15 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by IHG - Sfan Francisco on Howard street I Stayed at InterContinental San Francisco in November 2014. The room was at the top floor -33rd, and it was a club level room. The room inside was very neat, gorgeous city and bay view, comfy bed, free wifi, energy efficient building, bathroom was: cast iron tub, full natural stone walk in shower, frame-less shower door, customer service was great , nice and polite. Food at the hotel restaurant is expensive, try the cafe's near by. You wont' regret it. Location is central-downtown, 15 min away from fisherman's wharf or the cable cars. Bad side: parking is vale only, and as of 11/2014 it was 59/day, and it was not advertised on the website when i rented the room, or i might have missed that, i don;t know. There is a cheaper option to park your car on the East side of the same block on Mission Street and 5-th, for 34/day or at 9/hr as a hourly rate. Parking in San Francisco is an expensive problem, and the city has a well developed public transport system, including a metro line, and electrified transportation as well.I highly reccomend visiting S.F. by airplane, then using public transportation if suitable. That will save you lots of money. The hotel, still gets a 5 star from me. and my wife. 14 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SF Weekend Getaway Being from Cental Valley CA, we needed a much needed break to SF one of our favorite cities to visit. The Intercontinental SF made the weeked much better and relaxing for the whole family. The staff was excellent and top notch. All requests were recieved with smiles and promptly taken care of. 13 November 2014
