La llegada es fria, como los reacios vieentos que golpean en su exterior, la atención de la recepcionista es cortante y poco cortes. En la habitacion los televisores no funcionan bien, y si usted llama a quejarse mandan a un mantenimiento que no soluciona nada. El desayuno no tiene un optimo sabor, por ejemplo el gallo pinto sin sabor y demasiado seco. El Restaurante Nau, es una muy buena opcion ya que la comida es sabrosa y a un buen precio.

I received the confirmation for two rooms - weekend rates - when ordering. When checked out I was asked to pay the full amount, plus I was charged for valet parking - different rate than in the confirmation. After 25 minutes at the desk that difference was solved (not valet parking refund, you still own me some money....), no excuse from the personal. The mini bar in the room was locked. Very bad experience after several good stays there.

The bed and the pillow was great. The best i ever had for 2 year staying in hotel in Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Peru. Even other hotel which i stay in cant compare to what you have and the service of the staff was great. Even in the restaruant too. The breadfast buffet was great has lot of varities.
I had only one problem at a dinner in a restaurant. But it was quicky reslove it. but still in a 5 star hotel the food should keep at the standard of it. I order 2 dishes and one was no flavour at all and they even forget the sauce which come with it and the other was too salty.

Stayed 3 nights prior to and during a tour with Caravan Tours. We decided to arrive a day before the tour started and as this was to be our initial hotel for the tour, booked here for our first night. We were delighted when we arrived and saw the very nice facility and guest rooms. The hotel is located right across the street from the Multiplaza Mall which was great for getting a few things that we needed for the tour as well as pick up snacks and refreshments. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Would return here anytime. Loved the shopping centre and movie theatres being so close to hotel, Staff were always polite and food fresh and a great variety. Bed was comfortable and great water pressure in the shower.

I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times in the past and always enjoyed the privileges of the Ambassador membership, especially the ability to enjoy the room upgrade. In this case we booked a junior suite in order to upgrade to the Master Suite which has the balcony hot tub which was our most important feature of this room. Well we were told our room would be ready at 2 pm which turned out to be 430 pm. Then the hot tub was not working and maintenance staff had to be called. This took 1.5 hours to correct and by that time, it was too late to enjoy that feature as dinner was being served on 2nd floor at 6 pm.
Next day we were out of room towels, called the concierge desk at 6 pm to replenish. Didn't happen.
The hotel has a new parking lot that is controlled by tickets and payment. Is a pain for guests that now must get the ticket validated every time you leave the lot which is additional burden.
The 2nd floor in the tower is special place for grower guests only and feature breakfast and dinner. They used to provide a 2 pm coffee/tea time which has been cancelled.
It appears there hotel has attempt to increase revenues by reducing services and adding parking fees. I think this has affected the overall nature of the hotel in a negative way. Otherwise the rooms are great and comfortable, 2nd flor meals and service are also great.
