Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Location Nice, Secure, clean Hotel in a great location of Santiago. Some of the city best restaurants are literally next door of hotel. The only big problem I had was with their Exercise room not being air conditioned... really ?? Yeah!! and is located on the top floor. ..... besides that I would highly recommend it!! 24 March 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed... Nice appearance from outside and a tidy lobby area, but room was definitely worn out and needed upgrading. In my particular case, did not have hot water for a day and had to change room at the end. The second room had hot water, but certainly needed an upgrade as well. Disappointing I have to say, not InterContinental standard. Staff were very friendly, which was good. 24 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, good location Property has great service and very attentive staff. Accommodations are generally very good. Hotel breakfast/dining was very good. Also lots of nearby restaurants that are great. Hotel furnishings do show signs of age. Room air conditioning had trouble keeping up with hot Santiago summers. 17 March 2015
