Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Supervisor? Get out of here! Lovely property, simply great. Everything ruined at checkout with the credit card billed incorrectly . I asked for the issue to be fixed but nothing to do. Staff believed they did their job correctly and no supervisor shown up. When they turned ruthless then I decided to give up. Goodbye Intercontinental SanYa Resort, there are far better IHG properties elsewhere. 11 December 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, bad service I had chance staying at the hotel as one of my best friends live in the community and when we travel down to Sanya he always asked me to stay together. Hotel is located at the very beautiful Small DongHai bay with one of the best views in Sanya. Rooms are quite nice, a real InterContinental standard place. Despite the great hardware, the staff training is back in the stone age. From a lot of details, there isn't a clear care of their guests felt at all. Not sure how they passed their hospitality trainings. The front desk lady checked me out was extremely TERRIBLE and RUDE. I would probably go back for the location but would not recommend to anybody. 03 December 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Reservation cancelled, worms found in room Disappointed with the guaranteed reservation I being cancelled and reservation staff had no explanation. Rooms found worms crawling at bathtub and floor. Disgusting! Breakfast food is cold. Restaurants is pricy and food quality is bad. Staff speak poor English or none. 02 December 2014
