Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay! The staff is excellent at this hotel. I had a very early flight on Saturday morning and the staff brought me coffee in a to go cup and pastries for the cab ride. That was very nice from them. The room was a little bit too cold for me but they brought a heater and all the problems were solved. 27 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by executive taxi service giving clients a better explantanion of the service fee for tthis hotel taxi service ( theone you can charge to the room bill ) would be nice, to avoid surprises, they charge too much,i had a bad experience, paying 75 reales for a short trip to O'malleys rest. simple too much. 25 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Responsive Staff When my colleague cut his head shaving, the hotel staff reacted very efficiently and effectively - he was taken to a hospital by a driver and accompanied by a woman fluent in English. They were back inside of an hour - you can;t get that service in the US that's for sure. I was too busy laughing to be of much use, but I am glad that the hotel dealt with the situation so well. it made a for a memorable amusing story rather than a horrible experience of the ER in Brazil. 19 August 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Air Conditioning in need of Repair Heating system produced cold air. System could not be adjusted. Had to trun the system off to prevent the cold breeze of the HVAC unit. 11 August 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Forget the club lounge stayed here again to see if things had improved since my last visit. I got the answer, NO. Possibly the poorest club lounge I have put up with in the group, and I have stayed in many of the hotels in the group. I cancelled my next stay and moved to another brand completely. Unfortunately I have one more to do but this will be the last. Things were saved a little by the service of the team in the breakfast area on the ground floor, this was an excellent team and if the club lounge was to this standard it might be worth the extra. 09 August 2014
