Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great business hotel with excellent service I always enjoy staying at the intercontinental SP. From check in the staff are friendly and helpful, going that extra mile. The club floor is excellent when you're on a business trip with other colleagues. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I love the occitant products in the bathroom for a touch of luxury. Finally after a long haul flight and busy day the beds are ultra comfy. 13 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A people place I have stayed at this hotel about 6 times in the last 2 years and when I return it is like coming home. The entire staff greets me by name and the concierge has gone out of her way to be helpful from wrapping a gift to arranging to have a family photo framed and in my room The sheets on the bed and the pillows are marvelous too.. 12 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Poor service in the restaurant I visited the restaurant one day (which is hidden at the back of the Ground Floor-and whilst being served a beer (by the receptionist of the restaurant-waited 15 minutes and still received no menu so left-and went back to my room. The Supervisor of the Restaurante Wilbert Teulings called me said he had noticed and provided me with a small lunch (gratis) in my room. He visited personally to apologise. This was a good move for which I was grateful. 11 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great First Experience The staff at the InterContinental Sao Paulo were awesome. They were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Not only did they make me feel welcome, they also were very helpful in addressing my business needs, recognizing this was my first time in Sao Paulo. They are a great team. Notable stand outs include Maesta and Ricardo. There were two drivers that picked me up from the airport and dropped me off at business offices in town. Their names escape my memory at this moment but their care, professionalism and service do not. Thank you Intercontinental for a great experience. 03 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sao Paulo Intercontinetal I was impressed with the courtesy of the all staff members. They made a true effort to deliver excellence in their service. I had problems getting a reservation for one of the nights and the guest service manager Agata Appel was extremely helpful and she went out of her way to get a room for me.
