I trust that the hotel will continue to list the charges in one single currency. Further I noticed that certain amenities which used to be readily available at the guest room are now provided only upon request. Is that due to expense controls? June 29, 2015

O lobby absurdamente acolhedor e moderno possui um "magnetismo" que te obriga a passar no mínimo algumas horas assistindo à programação do imenso telão, tomando algum drink no bar ou até mesmo realizando atividades corporativas utilizando o acesso ao Wi Fi. A equipe do hotel, absurdamente prestativa, impressiona com o preparo com línguas estrangeiras e encanta com a qualidade do atendimento. Por fim, a Suíte, muito bem preparada, e com a mobília em ótimo estado de conservação, possui um clima intimista e aconchegante. Todos os funcionários estavam sempre com um sorriso no rosto, muito simpáticos, e sempre dispostos a nos ajudar. Para mim, essa é a característica mais importante. Ser atendida por pessoas assim faz a gente se sentir em casa. Além disso, o conforto do Hotel é surpreendente! Os ambientes sempre muito limpos e com um perfume agradável.
