Executive Club Suite is arround 60sqm Very nicely designed Large seating area with desk. Nespresso machine. Bedroom with large and very comfortable bed. iPhone dock. Large flat screen television with good selection of cable channels. Bathroom with window over the bedroom. Jacuzzi bathtub. Separate walk-in shower. L'Occitane amenities. Large bottle of bath salt and foambath. View over the city. Very quiet. Efficient air conditioning. The club lounge has very elegant atmosphere. Bar dining table. Seating area. PCs with printers. Magazines and books Nice selection of evening food and afternoon teas pastries and fruits. Breakfast was not served at the club lounge during Christmas holidays period. GOOD - Very nicely renovated property - Exclusive locations, close to elegant boutiques/restaurants and museums. - Very smiling and attentive staff - Perhaps one of my best check-in experiences with great concierge. - Pleasant club lounge - 6pm check-out was offered even without asking BAD - The swimming pool area has not been renovated yet and looks desolated compared to the rest of the hotel 20 January 2014

There are something can be done to further improve the hotel itself. Some renovation to the room will make it much better, as comparing to the last seven IC hotels i visited last year, IC Sao Paulo is a little bit falling behind on this aspect. More variety in the breakfast. I would really appreciated if there are fresh salad could be served as well. TV channels were limited, hard to find any english speaking channels other than CNN. All other IC I have stayed have english HBO, Discovery channel, etc for me to choose. 07 January 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Como para no volver nunca en la vida. Contraté una tarifa en la WEB totalmente diferente a la que me cobraron (Casi 100% mas cara). Taxi solicitado desde el día anterior para las 4:30AM que olvidaron pedir, pero no olvidaron cargar en la cuenta. Habitación muy pequeña. Room service de una sopa que no mencionaba tomate dentro de la lista de ingredientes, pero era de tomates. (Sobra decir que odio el tomate). Lo único rescatable es la amabilidad del personal y el profesionalismo. De resto? Como para no volver nunca en la vida. 17 December 2013

The reception was flawless in providing information and explanations in the hotel service. The VIP lounge was very comfortable and we enjoyed every day, the comfort of the breakfast served privately is unforgettable. Witnessed a somewhat embarrassing situation when a girl started arguing with a front desk person. The stance of the official attitude of the bouncers was perfect and had no problem. This is called attitude and stayed quiet while we waited for the car. 17 December 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by just Average the hotel was ok. the room was pretty big and spacious the Internet connection was horrible as well as the air condition the service was horrible, they wanted to charge over $100 for bringing guest to your room the breakfast was good, dinner not so good as well as the business service was not worth the extra cost overall there are a ton of other places you can stay near by that is better. 01 December 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excelent stay! This was an amazing stay. Tha hotel is close to the main avenue Paulista, and other shopping areas. The meals were excelente. Room Service with Flávio or at the Restaurant Tarsila with all staff (Antonio, Cristiano, Joel e Barbosa), or even at the bar with Maria and Elton, were just superb. There was a close up magic show in the happy hour at the lobby bar, so different, great idea! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Short city visit Spend two nights at this property using an AMB cert. Booked a deluxe room and expected an upgrade to a Deluxe Plus room on a high floor - but at check-in was told I got a Junior Suite. It was a one-bedroom suite. Plenty of space, excellent views and amazingly big bathroom. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. This hotel often have rates of 250$+/night, and I think it's a bit too expensive. Given the location, the facilities and other hotels in the area - I would want to pay no more than 150$/night for a standard room. 25 October 2013

Unexpectedly because I´m a regular business traveler and usually stay in good hotels. Why wold this one surprise me? They are specialists in amazing people more than in hosting, and this is the secret for making of your guest a grateful and faithful enthusiastic. The room, food, pillows, everything was ready and perfect, but were the people the differential for this stay. My sincere thanks to all and every single collaborator. 22 October 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 A guest experience that is worth to forget. Since the booking I had Issues. When I made the reservation, I accepted a rate that was different from the one I was invoiced. I've made the claim, and received a disapointing answer. (That It was a WEB page issue). Very expensive rate, very small not so clean room. Room service: I ordered a soup taking into account the ingredients description that I read in the menu and received one with ingredients that I do not tolerate. I booked a hotel taxi for the next day (4:30 am) because I had a flight very early and they forgot to book it but remembered very well to charge it in my final invoice. I will never come back in my entire life, nor my relatives & friends for sure. 07 October 2013

Pick up service was provided with iPad and wi fi connection making it possible for me to keep updated with my e-mails on the way to the hotel. At the lobby I was welcomed by the bellman that addressed me to the front-desk. I have received a warm welcome and all benefits were thoroughly explained to me. Internet service in the room was a plus, as I was able to connect at the same time with my laptop and Iphone. Connection was very easy to set up and the connection speed is very fast. Housekeeping services are outstanding and I got my personal belongings organized without requesting. Hotel is well located nearby good restaurants and financial district. All major banks you can easily find in the surroundings. I was provided with Club Lounge access where you have availability of one meeting room and daily happy hour. Breakfast is very good and they offer also omelets where in some hotels you do not have this option. Surely it is a hotel worth coming back. 03 October 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice city stay The Interconti Sao Paulo is fully renovated and refurbished with a nice style. It is perfectly located close to the main business and shopping streets (parallel to Avenida Paulista) as well as upper class areas of the city. Also downtown is not that far by cab but it is anyway better to stay in a hotel close to Avenida Paulista than in downtown. The rooms are very comfortable with warm and light colors. Club Lounge was very good. Concierge and other staff are very client oriented and maintain a "honest" friendliness you don't find in all five star hotels. They were fluent in English and some even spoke German. In addition, the chief concierge wrote me a personal E-Mail before arrival to ask for my preferences instead of receiving just the automated standard E-Mail. The only "small" downside is that the outdoor pool is to cold for August #winter in South America# and the hotel doesn't have an indoor pool. 11 September 2013

Reception is able to make quick decisions and sort problems. Rooms well cleaned and presented Restaurant breakfast and lunch presentation very good. Rooms perhaps getting a little dated (bathrooms, 1203). Conference audio visual could be higher standard - projection not high resolution 13 August 2013
