Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 落ち着いた雰囲気とサービス 施設は全体的��落ち着いた雰囲気です。 客室はとても広くきれいで、とても快適に過ごしました。 但し浴室のシャワーブースの扉の構造が今ひとつで、外へ水滴が漏れてしまうため、こちら改善いただくと完璧かと思います。 朝食はレストランで取りましたが、料理の種類、味、雰囲気、どれも素晴らしかったです。 地下鉄2号線の三成駅からも近く、パルナスモールや現代デパートと隣接のため食事にも困りません。 またソウルを訪れる際はぜひ利用したいと思います。 23 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Special service! This hotel has always made me feel at home. They go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. A rare occurrence happened during my stay. I found myself with a free day after meetings were cancelled. The staff in the club lounge asked if I would like to participate in a special event to visit the scenic park Namsan where the famous Seoul Tower is. The tour was amazing and even the picnic lunch provided was delicious. But the shinning part of the whole day, brighter than the sun, was the genuine care and sincere service provided by the staff. Everyone was great. Peter took charge and the manager Wesley let him demonstrate his leadership. Alice was right there to answer my questions. Hannah took care of my dinner reservation when we ran late But, in particular, Stella demonstrated that she cared about me personally. This charming young lady will go far in this industry. Oh, and yes, the room was as perfect as always from the housekeeping immaculate standards of cleanliness to the cozy and comfy heavenly bed. The chefs that make the food for the club lounge make the extra cost for reserving a room on these floors worth every penny. Great job kitchen staff!! I can now say I took a day off with my friends from Grand InterCon Parnas. Brilliant move I'd say! 23 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Guest service The guest information desk had been very helpful since the first day we checked in the hotel. When we asked for directions to the various attraction, they even "print out " the focal locations for our convenience. The airport shuttles stops at the door of the hotel for added convenience! The Grand Kitchen should open until 12p.m for late comers. 23 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by my home away from home i have been staying at grand intercontinental Seoul for last many many years and will continue to do so in the future as well. the team at the hotel especially the guest relations team are very attentive to the guest and the preferences and make my stay always very comfortable and memorable.the front office team and the team at the lounge are extremely helpful and always willing to assist the guest . this is my home away from home 22 April 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rotten fruit given as service I am an ambassador member of IHG and have used Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas home for the last ten years. I enjoy staying at the hotel, however my most recent stay was spoiled by a bad experience. Fresh fruits are given twice a week during my stay (I usually stay for atlas 2 weeks a a time and fruits are part of ambassador service), but during my most recent stay, I was eating the fruit, but found out that it was rotten badly from the inside. I immediately called the service desk and complained. The hotel immidiately came up to replace the fruits with fresh ones. Thinking this was one time incident, I was not going to complain about it. However, few days later, same thing happened. I bit into an Apple that was given as service to find that it was rotten again from the inside. After the first time, I was promised that this would not happen again, but to have the same thing happen again within couple of days made latest experience at the hotel much less than pleasurable. 16 April 2015
