Good overall hardware and new. Warm welcome for smokers. Watch TV during waiting for e-mail down load is suggested
Again, I hate any survey to restricted minimum words or characters. It just further furnish the good or bad unnecessary

The staffs are friendly and willing to help. The location is very convenient. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. Executive Lounge is quiet and comfortable.

1. Location is quite fantastic!
2. Room is so good! I like the style of furniture and facility, made me feel warm at bedroom and clean at wash room.
3. Pillow is good. Always good at IHG hotels, makes me sleep well.
4. Gym and swimming pool is wonderful.
Something to improve:
1. It would be perfect if the bed could be longer.
2. Perhaps the shower room is decorated by purpose, but i prefer the regular style with stainless steel ground cover because it is very inconvenient to pick something from the corner.
3. The tables besides the bed should be very closed but it was arranged with a little distance. I understand this is to make guest easy to pick something drop from the table, but when you are playing your portable computer or cellphone with live charging, you need a much longer than usual.
Breakfast is not good as expected but still beyond my satisfication level (I was hoping more options of fruit and fresh juice).
Overall, i give it excellent score. It is my first choice when i have business trip at Shijiazhuang!

Temperature in room was not to regulate. My room was 26 degrees. Too hot.
So to warm to sleep because of the heat.
Early exit from hotel to airport, no one in the lobby to help get a taxi.
Nice hotel but still a lot to learn.

I like the room very much, its style feature modern integrate with Chinese culture. Bathroom is just great with both shower room and bath tub, which I enjoyed relaxation in the warm water and sweating.
It would be much more better and convenient if there is cable available in the room for connecting my laptop with the audio system in the room, at least, available at the request. However, I admitted that that I did not check and ask during my last stay.
When travelling, you try to save every gram to allow hand carry luggage.

AND INFORMATIIONS ON MOST OF SIMPLE QUESTIONS THAT
ROOM GUEST WILL RAISE UP - E.G.
- POSTAGE OF SENDING A POSTCARD
- LOCAL TRANSPORT.
2) ALL STAFFS AS LONG AS THEY ARE WEARING UNIFORM
THEY SHOULD SAY HELLO TO ALL GUEST WHEN MEET
INSIDE OF HOTEL
3) IN CHINESE RESTURANT
STAFF SHOULD CLARIFY WITH GUEST WANTS 1 CUT OF TEA
OR A POT OF TEA BEC PRICES ARE W BIG DIFFERENCE.
N THEY SHOULD NOT SERVE 1 POT OF TEA TO 1 SINGLE GUEST WITHOUT ASKING/CLARIFY..

从一开始进入酒店就感觉酒店都不错, check in和 check out的速度都是非常迅速的, 地理位置都是不错的旁边有万达广场, 酒店对面是一个公园, 房间内的设施都是很棒的.因为房间太干, 向客房服务要了加湿器, 很快也送过来了, 服务态度很不错. 唯一就是室内温度太高,有点闷.总体来说非常完美. 是一次难忘的旅游体验, 很喜欢这里,下次来还是首选洲际.

I called Front Desk about airport shuttle service, but Front Desk had no idea about it. She transferred me to Concierge, but nobody answer the phone. Then back to Front Desk, I told Front Desk "Please call me back, when you find the right guy to answer my question. I don't like waiting on line." She did not agree, she transferred the phone to Concierge again. What I could do was waiting on line again, this time still nobody answered the phone. Then Front Deck agreed that they would call me back.
What an unexpected service provided by Intercontinental Shijiazhuang!

hotel should be one of the best in that area, right at arrival can see that it is not really like that, missing help for laguage , check in was ok, did not get any upgrade ( i am just platinum ambassador member), send me to a room where outside on the corridor were a lot of noise ( it was maybe because i stayed only in executive floor!) after complaining they changed my room, that was ok , service at breakfast is really low , nobody clean the dishes ! maybe it was to early in the morning , only 2 guests are at 7 am there and it was to much to do for them to take care for that, also the restaurant manager is more busy to keep his colleagues happy with funny storys about his life, instead of manageing the restaurant!!!
after 2 days breakfast i have been asked on the 3rd day to go to executive floor for breakfast !!! because i booked executuive room !!! are they mad!!!! it show the service they provide
food is average, not only at breakfast also lunch is not better ,
rooms are ok,
cleaning is ok too,
loundry is fast but not cheap,
fitness center is ok but it is better you take your water from the room with you because in the fitness they will charge for it ,
they have also free water but no cups where you can give it in !!
so they make money!! poor policy
location is good , nearby is shopingcenter with a lot of food places , golfcourse is direct infront of the hotel, park as well
annoying internet ! useing tablets need to log in every time when screen goes standby
ic shijiazhuang lost a customer , i am platinum ambassador since many years but that experiance i never ever had before !!!

The room is very large, very clean, very comfortable bed，Bathroom design is novel in particular, I liked it。Hotel service is very attentive, very warm. Breakfast category a lot, very tasty。
