hotel should be one of the best in that area, right at arrival can see that it is not really like that, missing help for laguage , check in was ok, did not get any upgrade ( i am just platinum ambassador member), send me to a room where outside on the corridor were a lot of noise ( it was maybe because i stayed only in executive floor!) after complaining they changed my room, that was ok , service at breakfast is really low , nobody clean the dishes ! maybe it was to early in the morning , only 2 guests are at 7 am there and it was to much to do for them to take care for that, also the restaurant manager is more busy to keep his colleagues happy with funny storys about his life, instead of manageing the restaurant!!!
after 2 days breakfast i have been asked on the 3rd day to go to executive floor for breakfast !!! because i booked executuive room !!! are they mad!!!! it show the service they provide
food is average, not only at breakfast also lunch is not better ,
rooms are ok,
cleaning is ok too,
loundry is fast but not cheap,
fitness center is ok but it is better you take your water from the room with you because in the fitness they will charge for it ,
they have also free water but no cups where you can give it in !!
so they make money!! poor policy
location is good , nearby is shopingcenter with a lot of food places , golfcourse is direct infront of the hotel, park as well
annoying internet ! useing tablets need to log in every time when screen goes standby
ic shijiazhuang lost a customer , i am platinum ambassador since many years but that experiance i never ever had before !!!

The room is very large, very clean, very comfortable bed，Bathroom design is novel in particular, I liked it。Hotel service is very attentive, very warm. Breakfast category a lot, very tasty。

This was easily one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in. The bed was large and comfortable (very soft); the bath tub with window to the TV in the bedroom was a nice touch. The pool area is particularly nice, though the pool isn't very big. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent overall, with excellent cold cuts. The staff's English was alright but not a selling point.

comfortable room and good facilities, except ran out of the hair conditioner in bath room of gym.
don't know why we got free car parking time only 12hrs and have to pay the extra while we were guests?

Arriving on 24-May, airport pick up and check in was no problem. Nice bed and beautifully decorated room, only 1 towel and 1 bottle of shower cream provided even though our reservation stated 2 persons, called concierge and was arranged immediately. Requested for additional 2 bottles of drinking water and delivered immediately. Dinner at the Night Market buffet dinner, variety of food was good and tasty. Good. We were out 25-May for business meeting and return to the hotel with 2 boxes of gift from our suppliers. We requested the concierge to re-pack for us as a check in luggage and it was very professionally done. Thumb up to your concierge. We have our dinner again at Night Market. The Night Market staff recognised us and this really warm our heart. We booked a the hotel car to take us to Bailin Temple and Zhouzhou bridge on 26-May morning but the driver only took us to Bailin Temple and never take us to Zhouzhou bridge. We didn't pursue further on this matter. Our flight on 26-May 7pm and request to check up on 4pm and was agreed immediately. We went to Night Market at around 2:30pm for a quick bite before heading to airport and it was a total let down. The menu for Ala-carte was so limited and the staffs was so noisy while preparing for the dinner setup. Anyway, the hotel pick us at 4pm and head to airport. Overall experience was good. There is one of your lady staff at Night Market whom I would like to give my full compliment on her. Unfortunately, your "Writing Guidelines" stated do not include full name. If you wish to know that particular staff name, please send me a message and I shall provide it to you.

I could not believe that a 5 star hotel would not have individual heating and cooling units for each room. I was there in late March and only the heat was available. The room was so hot that I got sick and could not sleep. I asked for a fan on the customer phone line and was told they were not available. The next moring I complained to the management and a fan showed up in the room sometime later that day. I was not the only one complaining about the heat. I talked to people on the elevator and in the lobby that had the same complaint. If you truly want to be a 5 star hotel, allow the guest to adjust the cooling and heating in their own rooms. For the price you charge for the room, this should be available.

Stayed there for the 1st time in SJZ.
Compared with the other two 5 star hotels, this is the newest and the best of it.
Pros: continental breakfast, comfortable rooms, experienced staff at check in/out (much faster than ussual in China)
Nice indoor dining. Cold Tsingtao beer available!
Tasty Coffee in the morning, bread, salmon, cheese.
Cons: Changing rooms and showers in the swimming pool area are dirty. This is a no go normally!
I also had problems with the temperature. Outside was 15° C, but inside the room was 27°C. When complaining at the desk the normal reaction in China followed: they did not (want) to understand me.
After I asked for the Manager he understood, but told me that the AC was turned off and the heater was central, not adjustable.
He suggested a mobile AC, but that thing did not work either...
So I slept with open window and noise from outside, but temperature sank down to 25°C, what was still too warm of course for a longnose like me.
But beside this a nice stay in a nice hotel.
For the future I suggest to adjust more to foreign customers, AC must work from March to November in SJZ. Increase the variety in the egg bar for breakfast. And most important, CLEAN the Spa area better please.

It is the best hotel i have been experienced in Shijiazhuang. Hope it could have a internal connection (pass way) to the Shopping Mall nearby.
Hope the staff could be more professional.

My real experience in this hotel just like to visit my old friend's home, they can recognize me and remember my taste and habits, I am a vegetarian.
Hotel can think about what you need or want and try their best offer to you from the chen-in moment to end of my trip. This is not only smile service can match any customer's require, you must think & ask what is your customer's real need and let them happy.
I hope can see the vagetarian food and special mark in the menu in the future.

When i first arrive the hotel, my room temperature was 27 C and no cool air. Asked the front desk, the answer was that for money saving purpose, hotel turned off the air con. fight the battle with several staff over the phone including the manager, finally they agreed to turn on the air. I have never seen a 5 star hotel doesn't turn on air conditioner.

This is an awesome property . Rooms are absolutely fabulous with excellent services .. Very Comfortable stay . I definetely recommend this to everyone .. I will stay here on my next visits . Food Menu definetely needs a revamp to include more western dishes served in the Room .
