Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Below my expectation for IC hotel 1.When check in at noon time,the room was not ready but for each IC I stayed recently,they always called me to confirm which type of room I prefer and will definitly reserve room for me even I checked in at 9am in the morning! 2.The bed was not so good and can not sleep well during my staying,too soft the bed... 3.Lack of safty management in Swimming poor,there's NO staff on site even when the poor was still open at 9:20pm...and facilities in gym room were old...and in a mess 4.Service in Excecutive longue was good and breakfast was good Shall need the decoration or can not match the image of FIVE STAR hotel... 28 August 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great location. Great location, train within walking distance, lots of shopping just outside of hotel. Bugis street - walking distance. Stayed in 4th floor, the walls were paper thin, I could hear noises from my neighbours including the shower running. There was also a baby on my floor so dealing with time change and finally being able to rest was a bit dificult. The lights from an outside digital billboard seemed to gleam through our closed curtains. 27 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A joy for business travellers A great hotel, well located with a great exec lounge, large spacious and well lserviced. My room whilst extremely comfortable was a little on the small side but well appointed - GREAT bed and comfy pillows. Having the Bugis Gallery shoppping mall very close was a nice distraction from emails! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again... 26 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic experience We were very pleased with our stay. Our flight came in early and the hotel was able to accommodate our early check-in which made all the difference coming off a long-haul flight. We got a room at the far end of the hotel but the actual room comforts made up for the hike. The breakfast buffet was brilliant and as an IHG member we also received a welcome drink which was a nice touch. We had a chance to make use of the swimming pool on the 4th floor and the hotel had a kiddies pool which our son thoroughly enjoyed. Overall my family was very satisfied with our stopover. The highlight was the impeccable level of service throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. 26 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing venue and staff Just returned from a 16 days business trip and I have thought long and hard to find some cons to point out and my conclusion is that this hotel and its staff are simply amazing. Every inquiry was attended to with urgency and resolved instantly. If you need 5 stars, then each of these are hard earned by IC Singapore and are going to stick with you for a long while. 25 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything you expect from a luxury hotel and more! The whole experience of staying here for two nights was wonderful. the attentiveness, care and courtesy of the staff was second to none, particularly in the clubhouse lounge where staff always remembered our names, our eating and drinks preferences and remembered little things like where we had travelled from. This made us feel like we were genuinely welcome guests rather just paying customers. They each took individual interest in our needs and did everything to meet them. The room we stayed in (Clubhouse suite) was exquisite and could not be faulted in any way. We travel a lot staying in many hotels but this will certainly be one of the most memorable for all the right reasons. We would love to return. 23 August 2014
