Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 First class service We stayed for 5days over the Chinese New Year period last week and although we booked last minute we were still accommodated. From the airport through to arrival at the hotel all the staff are extreme friendly, polite and courteous at all times. The staff in the Club lounge are also very friendly, polite and extremely hard working. I would like to give special mention to Ain, as I was suffering from a nasty flu virus and she kindly made me a 'special' flu tea consistining of peppermint tea, honey & lemon, which helped reduce the symptoms dramatically. Also SayAnna was always extremely attentive, from breakfast to evening time she was always smiling, the staff in the club lounge are a credit to the hotel management as they all seem very happy in their work. 27 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service The Club Lounge is spacious with excellent service. My family enjoyed the time we spent in the Club Lounge. It is valuable to live in the Club room. The staff is courteous. The buffet breakfast provides many varieties and good quality of food. The hotel is situated at one of the exit of the Bugis Station. It is so convenient. 27 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My first stay in Singapore I found this hotel to fit my requirements perfectly, in fact it was excellent. From the initial greeting as I got out of my Taxi to the farewell as I got into my taxi at the end of my stay the hotel staff were exemplary. Everyone was helpful from the concierge to the maintenance team everyone was very friendly. The hotel staff excelled when I dropped my mobile phone in the taxi on my way to the airport. The very honest taxi driver returned the phone to the hotel who managed to find my internet phone number & co-ordinated getting my phone back to me which exceeded my expectations considerably.
