All day dining room JING is characterised by seven island kitchens, where top chefs create an array of global cuisines, including Indian, Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, Japanese, European and South American. Dishes are prepared a la minute and served directly by the chefs in this colourful restaurant styled like an old Suzhou street market. JING's airy, glass enclosed space seats 160 diners, and is complemented by delightful garden seating next to the lake.
