Did not have any problems during the stay. A minor billing issue was immediately correct (due to a misdialed telephone call picked up as an international call).     Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I have already booked my next business trip here Although I stayed in a standard room, I found the room to be one of the better I've stayed in (for the standard) in Sydney. Simple things like several power outlets easily reachable from the desk or bedside make life easier for a modern business traveller with lots of gadgets. This in particular made my stay stand out. One night there was a mess-up with my room service meal, and it wasn't delivered. I followed up sometime later and the issue was dealt with. The next evening when I returned to my room, I found a hand written apology from the service manager, a complimentary bottle of champagne and a box of five rather delicious macaroons. On checkout, the room service meal fee was waived. These customer service gestures more than compensated for my minor inconvenience! Well done! Don't forget to sign up for IHG Rewards to get free internet and Qantas Frequent Flyer points. 25 August 2014
    Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by lovely views was a lovely view great staff room service was a bit expensive but good quality food I had some flowers delivered and I asked for the flowers to be put in the room before check in as it was supposed to be a surprise but flowers were still at concierge desk 25 August 2014
