    Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding experience!! I have nothing but praise for the entire team at Intercontinental Sydney. From the moment we arrived the valet parking guys were very welcoming and helpful, and treated our car and belongings with respect, than kyou. The girls at the check-in desk were world class and made the whole process seamless, even giving our new born child a small toy to keep her entertained. Our luggage was delivered straight to our room by friendly staff that were more than willing to help. As we had arrived fairly late (2100h) we were unsure if we would be able to have dinner at the restaurant still, but the team in Opera Bar went out of their way to ensure that we still got a good feed. We had the all you can eat buffet which was incredible (by far the best all you can eat dinner buffet I have ever had). The staff ensured that we had had enough to eat before they started taking food away. They were meant to close up at 2200h but remained open until 2230h to ensure we had enough time to eat. Thank you! The following day we wanted to have a coffee in the downstairs high tea area, but were unable to be seated due to the large number of reservations. One of the team members went out of his way, took us upstairs, cleared a table at the restaurant, and made us feel very comfortable. I could go on and on about the countless times the staff at Intercontinental go above and beyond what normal hotel staff would do. The only thing that we found annoying was the street address given on the website; it does not correlate to the car park entrance, this in fact comes from Phillip Street. My only regret is that we did not stay longer! Thanks very much for a memorable stay, by far the best service I have ever experienced. 21 March 2015
