Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Romantic Get-A-Way Quiet, understated elegance - that's what I feel when I enter our room at the Intercontinental - ahhhh! Great restaurants within walking distance, nice lounge off of the lobby area, breakfast buffet yummy with many gourmet selections you don't normally see at other buffets. Bed oh so comfy, shower and bath nice - with bathrobes too - very lux! Hubby and I love this hotel! 23 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room and excellent service Overall great stay no issues with interContinental. Traffic getting in and out of hotel was at times quite difficult. Parking garage probably be a little better lighted also parking/hotel access signs could be displayed a little better. 22 February 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Does NOT live up to Intercontinental Standards!!! We had the worst experience here! The staff isn't knowledgeable, the rooms are noisy.....I can go on and on. This was a memorable experience- just a HORRIBLE one!!! Fortunately for IHG, I will give them another chance but I will NEVER stay here again nor will I recommend this hotel. The only PRO for this hotel was the beds. I will take my Ambassador status to other hotels...... 20 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely hotel Every aspect was excellent except for one fixable issue. The faucet in the bathtub is so difficult to open, that there is even a sign on the faucet telling you to pull it out. It was too much for me, and my husband had to help me each time. 19 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location but busy Wonderful hotel and staff, only wish the there was a way to block out the highway noise in the evenings. Perhaps requesting a room on one of the higher floors might be the answer. If it wasn't for all the Friday night late cruisers on the street below, it would have been a perfect stay. No fault of InterContinental Hotel of course ... just people having a fun time squealing their tires and revving their engines as they cruised through the streets below. 19 February 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by My first and last visit to IHG My credit card was charged prior to arriving, which would have been ok had our room been ready and waiting my arrival. Reaching the front desk the agent advised of my room number handed me my keys and asked to wait a few moments while the room is being readied, I replied that's fine and proceeded to the garage to collect my bags. After retrieving my husband and our luggage proceeded back to the members desk and the representative asked for the keys given and repaced with different keys advising that the romance package which was booked with the original booking was now availble in the room of the new keys given. Arrived to the room, no romance package. Went back to the lobby advised the agent and was assured it was on its way. Three hours later we were showered dressed exited the hotel for dinner reservations. Arrived back at the hotel 3 hours advised the front desk agent again who was surprised that the concierge did and had not delivered the amenites included with the romance package and this was Valentines Day.
