Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hanna12 Super comfortable room with a great view
My husband and I agree that this hotel had the most comfortable bedding (mattress, pillows, sheets and comforter) of any hotel we have ever visited. The concerierge was very helpful. We were able to get a senior discount, which helped make it a good value too.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LadyM Great holidayhotel & location.
There was a small problem on our arrival which was at about 10.00p.m as an inexperienced member of staff tried to deal with our problem which had been caused by a difficulty with the website. However that was resolved. We were given the room that we wanted and from then on we had the most marvellous time in the hotel. Any problem was dealt with efficiently, with charm and with humour.
The food, especially breakfast was delicious. the staff attentive and charming.
Our room was cleaned to a very high standard. In fact the hotel even better than we remembered from our revious visit. We look forward to our trip to Israel and the David Intercontinental

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Milana29 Never again
The most horrible hotel experience that my family and I have had. Extremely over related. The service and staff is horrible for such a high end hotel the service was expected to be very different. Staff has attitude no hostess persona and very arrogant. Room service folds dirty towels and puts back as clean.
Would never stay here again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Natasha25 Confortable room and excellent bathroom
I have Admirals Club. When I arrived I asked for my upgrade. They give me a room in the concierge level and told me I could used it. Next day, they ask me to pay a cuote to use it. I asked for free internet service as in several Intercontinentals Hotels I have stayed offer it. They told me that in this Hotel should charge it.
So, I wonder, what was the case of admirals club ? No upgrade, not free internet ?

Management and staff of the hotel creat a very high level of profesionell services.
Very personal approach to the customers.
Warm welcoming that make you really feel like at home.
I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
Thank you very much.
There is one point which I consider very annoying
We don't have free wifi Internet available at this hotel.
I beleive that it should be offered to the hotel guest,at least for the club members....

Spending a week in the IC David Tel Aviv is as usual a memorable experience.
From the personalised checkin to the amazing buffet breakfast, everything is done to make you feel unique and at home.
Thanks again to all staffmembers for making it happen and to the management for recognizing those efforts.
Looking forward to my next stay.

The SPA was closed, we came for one night, to rest and enjoy, and there was nothing to do in the hotel besides a SPA, which was closed.
Excellent breakfast !

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great hotel, average value
Overpriced, otherwise above average luxury experience. Wify and at least water shoud be complementary for such a price.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mclb Service and wifi and temperature disappointing
This hotel and its staff fell well short of Intercontinental standards. The service provided by the staff was very poor, with food orders forgotten, staff being very unattentive and disinterested.
I have never been in a hotel that has sought to charge for wifi for each device. In today's age, many hotels are now including wifi in their rates. I was with 100 other conference guests that all tour the world staying in top hotels. We all agreed this was a unique experience for the wrong reasons, and several friends couldn't even use the wifi in their rooms.
The air conditioning was set far too cold all over the hotel, particularly in the conference rooms.
Whilst I will certainly return to Israel, I would think twice about returning to this hotel.
My friends and I felt the key issue is the hotel needs a manager that has run a european or US intercontinental to run this hotel with service levels from those countries.

Conveniently located. Upscale. Expensive WiFi and it is not even free in the lobby. Great breakfast. Love the cigar bar - has Cubanos. Concierge services are a huge help.
