There is an Airport Limousine bus service available to take you from the airport to Tokyo Bay. The cost is 3,000JP yen/person. It takes about two hours. The bus leaves the airport at the following times: 10.55 am, 3.50 pm and 4.50 pm. You can also catch a train called the Narita Express leaving for Tokyo Station every hour. It will cost you 2,940JP yen. From Tokyo Station, you can take a taxi to the hotel for about 1,500JP yen or take the Yamanote Line to Hamamatsu-cho station, from where it takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. we are pleased to arrange chauffeur service, which is 34,000JP Yen for one way.

RESPECT FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE

The Japanese revere elderly people and use polite words when addressing them. Please be mindful of this.


Tipping custom

There is no tipping custom in Japan. But in the hotel, a 10%-15% service charge is added. If you like to show your gratitude to someone, please give them a small gift from your country.


Weather

Women Car

In Japan, w have women-only train car for rush hours like 7am-10am and 5pm-8pm. So please watch your step and the window of trains when you take.


Non-Smoking Areas

Depending on the ward (district of Tokyo), there are many public non-smoking areas that you need to be aware of, especially around stations. If you smoke in these areas you will be fined.

Our Emperor is called 'Tenno' in Japanese. The first Tenno was Jinmu Tenno, and the 125th Emperor, Akihito Tenno, has recently ascended to the throne.

Insurance

Please bring out an insurance card with you. In the event of emergency treatment it will save you both time and money.


Japanese/English dictionary

Bringing a dictionary is a good idea, as it's handy for when you go out to explore. You will find that not all Japanese speak English.


Yen

It is recommended to bring some Japanese Yen, just to cover the cost of transportation from the airport to Tokyo Bay. It will save you the hassle of having to wait to exchange money at the airport.
