I like the hotel location near the metro entrance although you have to walk about 400m from the entrance to the station itself (underground). The service at the bell desk was spotty, sometimes downright inattentive and abrasive during check in, but the checkout staff was great. I think it's unacceptable to have one person working at the concierge desk, but the front desk staff was happy to help when they weren't busy. The room is moderately sized, and the sofa furniture is uncomfortable. The amenities in the bathroom are of great quality. There is a 7-11 and Lawson to buy water bottles and other small items you need during the trip.

I was making a reservation of a room with King Executive Deluxe and was arranged with a Queen Size only. Then I asked the Front Desk Staff if they had assigned a wrong room type to me, she said that it is the biggest size bed they have and there was no wrong assignment of room to me
While I have my 2nd visit 2 days later, I had assigned a truly King Executive Deluxe Room with a King Sized Bed and bigger room size. Then I was furious on what I had on my last visit and the Front Desk Staff only regret on my last booking.
I think that the staff should make formal apology in written and maybe arranged a refund on the difference on room rate.

A lovely, well placed hotel to explore Tokyo. Try the view and a martini in the skytop bar. Have a first class croissant for breakfast. go up the street across the road (by the golf shop) for a wide range of cool restaurants (e.g. Gogli). If we ever go back to Tokyo we will surely stay at the ANA again.

Overall my stay at ANA Intercontinental Hotel was very good, it would have been even better if my request to dine at 4 Michellin Star restaurant was granted

Where to stay in Tokyo? We chose the ANA Intercontinental because we like IHG hotels, and thought the location would be great. It was! Very good subway access, in a nice part of town. Staff was friendly, courteous and spoke very good English. Room was small as expected but very clean and nice. We were there for 6 nights and the room was maintained so well all week long, we really appreciated that. It's not quite fair to judge "sleep quality" because we were on 13-hour time difference jet lag, but the one thing I would have improved was the pillow. If I had asked for a different one that might have been possible, and next time I would look into that. We hadn't entered our IHG Ambassador (rewards program) info ahead of time, but when we presented the number at check-in, the staff gave us those benefits including free Wi-Fi which we appreciated. We'd stay here again!

It is located at business place, surrounding by buildings and offices but dont worry on eating place, restaurants are all around, public transport is easy access too. There is drinking place too, have a drink after a tiring day is a good choice.
