Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything Staff members were definitely welcoming and knew what to do around the hotel. The Staff at the concierge knew what we wanted as we asked her where we wanted to go and how we can get there. Bed was great to sleep in, however, the pillows were too soft to a point where I would wake up the first 3 nights and have a headache for no reason? Probably because they were too soft and a stiff pillow would be good. The in-room dining could improve in terms of quality, our burger which was ordered, seemed rather too dry and needed its moisture. Chips at hand were okay. In terms of our room, it was great and we loved our view, cleaniness and how big it was incomparison to the classic room we had for the first 2 nights. Overall, great experience, definitely will be back to ANA Intercontinental and highly recommend to anyone. 16 January 2015
