Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very positive hotel experience Due to flight arrangements I arrived mid morning for my room. Fully expecting not to have access until the afternoon I was very pleasantly surprised with the response from the young lady checking me in. She said "no problem" we have a room ready for you. Following check in I enjoyed a very pleasant brunch in the restaurant supported by a very attentive staff. On the way to the restaurant the concierge greeted me and actually escorted me to the restaurant. In the evening following my meetings I relaxed in the very nicely appointed bar\lounge for a little libation. All in all a very pleasant experience made even more so by the helpful friendly attitude of the staff. H.W.H. 28 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 10,000 Point Package disapointment Intercontinental Hotels are my preferred hotels by far, however this particular hotel really needs to get their act together when it comes to the Rewards Club points. This is the second time I purchased the 10,000 Point Package... and both times I had to call and notify them that they forgot to add the points to my account. Yesterday, I called to remind them about the points and today I see that they have only added 1000 points to my account. Yet again... it will take an additional call to hopefully get this corrected. Please, Please, Please get this point allocation process corrected. 19 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel I have been twice in the last month to this hotel. Both times, I had great experience. My stay was both relaxing and entertaining. I had dinner at the Signature restaurant and drinks at the Proof Vodka Bar and the service was amazing. Special thanks to Gula and to Liz. Liz was very helpful, she ensured that we get seating at the Proof bar on valentine's day (the place was packed)..... Gula made our dinner experience amazing by being a great hostess, very engaging and accommodating..... 18 February 2015
