Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 704 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great front desk staff When ever I come to Toronto I will stay at Inter Continental. 21 October 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing special Lobby feels like an Intercontinental. Room was more like a Holiday Inn. Bed was really comfortable but the rooms are dated and quality (other than the bed) is lacking. Gym is average at best. 20 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great hotel one of the best in toronto downtown area. most comfortable rooms in town. a bit pricey (particularly the restaurant) 20 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by location location great place to say for visiting toronto as you are close to all attractions and transport hubs also you are 2 blocks from air canada centre for great sporting events and shopping is close enough to walk to 20 October 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Expensive for what it is (or what I received) This was my first stay at the Intercontinental Hotel. The staff were pleasant, the bed was comfortable. Although the room was dated, bathroom is old with old fixtures with dirty silicone around the tub and the tub had rust around the drain. The carpet was worn and had dirty looking spots in it. I had room service the first night and ended up sending it back (the staff was very good and they brought me another meal). I did not expect this from this hotel, I will not be back and will be staying back at the hotels I have previously stayed at downtown Toronto. 19 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Usually good, but a few problems this time. This hotel is my preferred location when staying in Toronto. On this occasion, we ran into some unexpected problems. A sticky stained chair in our first room, a dirty toilet in our second room and loud neighbours waking us up at 3 am. We had a room that had a door to make the room next to our adjoining so it didn't buffer sound very well. We will give the club room another try, but this was not a positive stay. Normally, we have been thrilled with our stay at this hotel. Hopefully it was just an off day. 19 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Coming Back! I had a wonderful time staying in InterContinental Toronto Centre for 3 nights. First and foremost I would like to give a huge thanks to Eugene from the front desk. Throughout the check in process, he was courteous and patient because it was my first time staying. After noticing my long travel he was able to secure a room for my early check in, so I can immediately relax in the hotel. Room was simple and elegant. I definitely enjoyed staying in the Feature Room. There was a minor issue with the smoke detector, a quick call to the front desk and it was resolved within minutes. Great location, 15 minute walks to all the destinations I planned. As an ambassador member, I received multiple member’s benefits. Overall, it was above and beyond all my expectation in all areas. I am looking forward to come back again in December! 18 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by easy, comfortable, great view too the room was very clean with a nice view of the water. Upon check in the front desk staff was very helpful, especially Mike. He made us feel very welcomed. And when asked to have a late check out he was very accommodating with my request. The doormen on the upper level was also very cheerful and eager to assist. Overall great experience. 18 October 2014
