Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience! The entire experience staying at the Intercontential Hotel was great! The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my requests. They were friendly and helpful when inquiries were made.The rooms were very comfortable and the amenities like the Kurig coffee was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to be pampered to stay at this hotel. I will absolutely be back! 28 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jan 2015 - One Night I was on a business trip and stayed in Toronto for just one night. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very kindly welcomed and greeted. Perhaps it was because I was only staying for one night and it was a Monday night - either way, the very kind lady that will helping me happily upgraded my room to the 22nd floor with a bigger bed and a nicer view. The lobby was clean and overall staff very nice. My room was absolutely fantastic. Having traveled and been on the road for 5 hours, I went to pool (and checked out the gym/spa facilities). It was great. The lounge had a good atmosphere. Check-out was quick and simple. I'd come back here, either on business or leisure. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. Just two blocks from the VIA Rail Union Train Station, and walking distance to amazing restaurants and nightlife. 26 January 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Scent sensitive people need not apply I thought this was a lovely hotel. Everything was clean and the service was impeccable. There was only one issue and that is scent/perfume. It is piped into the lobby and the entrance to the spa pool area has a huge beautiful bouquet of stargazer lilies. Stargazer lilies have an extremely strong sent; many people have reaction to them. I am not generally scent sensitive but these 2 areas were so overwhelming I would not recommend this hotel. 25 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A charm everytime! I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Toronto for business. The quality of stay is consistent every time. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean and modern. The location is close to Union Station and the subway system. There is a great restaurant right in the hotel. There is ample parking, with the option of self parking. This last visit, I was upgraded to an amazing suite on the 18th floor rooms 1836-1838- wow! 24 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service I stay in Toronto on business on a regular monthly basis and the services and care keep me coming back to the Intercontinental. The attention to my food allergies and the ambassador rewards program really helps me to enjoy my time away from home. It is close to all amenities downtown with easy access to union station and the subway stations. 24 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by okay experience The wireless wouldn't work the first 3 nights of my stay, when I called the desk for help on the fourth night they put me through to IT help and it was fixed. An issue with the Hotel security or something. The next night I had issues again, called down to the desk and they put me through to IT again for help and it resolved as I was talking to IT. To my surprise, I was charged for both phone calls - only $1.5 per call but a little annoying to get charged. Concierge Ian was amazing helpful 23 January 2015
