Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and service The title says it all, this hotel has great location and service. 26 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Confortable room, poor heating the Vienna intercontinental has a perennial problem with heating of corner rooms. Since I always get the upgrade to the corner rooms, have no idea if that problem exists in other rooms. Even if the air condition is put on the highest level, the rooms are cold in winter. 26 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service room tired Overall we had a most enjoyable stay here, staff very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Club lounge service and quality of food and drink offered was 1st class. Would also recommend the Sunday brunch, a tremendous selection of high quality food and the champagne flows freely throughout service. Our only disappointment was the room we were allocated. It was supposed to be an upgrade from the level we booked, as part of Ambassador membership but it seemed more of a downgrade. Room was OK but bathroom for a 5 star was very poor, I have never seen a room with the wardrobe in the bathroom before and the bath itself was too small to bathe in. As other reviews, it is time rooms had a facelift but in all other aspects a well run classic style property 26 February 2015
