Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 650 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay Only stayed one night but I would definitely return. Staff was very pleasant, check in and check out were very easy and the breakfast was excellent. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. 27 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Would definitely stay again Staff = A (helped with upgrade; helped with change in dates -- got better rate!) Room = A (clean, large, great bed and pillow) Location = A (near White House) Bar = A (Round Robin was a delightful place for a drink and casual meal) Restaurant = B (preferred lunch vs. breakfast) 26 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good The staff at the front desk, the dining room and the catered meeting room were excellent. The room was fine and the bathroom very clean and utilitarian. The only critique is that the arm chair was more decorative than comfortable for reading. 23 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful full service hotel with a classic and luxurious feel. My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Willard during our first visit to our Nation's Capital. The classic and luxurious feel of the hotel, bar, lobby and other ammenities gave us a wonderful experience and memory. 23 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful hotel, friendly staff The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly. Excellent location close to all tourist attractions, museums, monuments and the White House. Room was beautiful, bed was way too soft and a little worn for optimum comfort. The door to the adjoining room was right next to the bed and we could clearly hear the conversations of the guest in that room which made us whisper a lot, also the light from their room was visible around the door. We were charged for several drinks from the minibar that we did not use, so be careful if you touch anything in there. Overall thought it was a wonderful, beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again, just request a different type room. 22 October 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No television or movie options I am a long time and loyal guest of The Willard and it's annoying not to have the convenience and, for myself the pleasure of enjoying quality video. 21 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our three-day visit to the Willard During our three days at the Willard in mid-October we enjoyed the hotel because of its history, because it is beautifully decorated and maintained, and because the location is ideal for visiting most of the museums and historic buildings. The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming, and we received excellent advice and assistance from the members of the concierge staff. 21 October 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fabulous overall experience This was my second stay at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel in Washington D.C. and I cannot rave enough about this hotel. From the comfort of the room's furnishings, bedding and size to the incredible service, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff this hotel truly enhanced our trip. The concierge was of great help both is making tour reservations and in helping us to choose destinations in a geographically logical manner. The buffet breakfasts were the best I have ever experienced in a hotel and the dinner we had at the Le Cafe Parc was delicious. Overall I feel that both years our trip to Washington D.C. was truly enhanced by staying at the Willard. 20 October 2014
