Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved it Beautiful weekend, cherry blossoms in full bloom, large comfortable room, perfect location. 17 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Historic Hotel A beautiful old historic hotel - if you want gleaming and new this might not be the place for you. Our room was large and clean, our bed was very comfortable, our linens were soft but the room is historic. Our bathroom floor tiles were very loose and a bit uneven to walk on, the windows hardly soundproof the room - we were on the 6th floor and on the side on the building but heard every single car drive by. The cafe was the only place to have breakfast, and although the buffet or menu were sufficient and the food quality adequate, it is just too small for the size of the hotel. A 30 minute wait just for a table for breakfast at a 5 star hotel is completely unacceptable. We also didn't appreciate that lunch service ended at 2:00 and their light bites menu was completely unappealing - 3:00 is an appropriate time to end lunch service. I also feel that $50 a night to park is too much - I pay less in Manhattan and DC is not Manhattan. The location can't be beat! 16 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Hotel Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. Enjoyed the beautiful flower arrangements in the lobby. I hope to come back soon. 15 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Family celebration We chose the Willard to celebrate my birthday with 10 people from three generations of our family. We all loved the elegance and location of the Willard which is close to fine restaurants and so many historical sites in DC. The hotel really felt like home during our five day visit. We have many happy memories of our trip to DC and the Willard will always be part of those memories. 14 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Hotel, Prime Location, Exceptional Customer Service Luxurious Bed, smaller room, but exceptional room service and amenities - restaraunts and staff were outstanding and the hotel is a wonderful experience, situated minutes from White House or a cab ride anywhere in DC. 13 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Our second time at the Willard. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was somewhat of a disappointment especially given our prior stay. We dinned in some of the resturants on the property and enjoyed them all. The Occidental Grill was a good choice on the first night. Cafe Du Parc was a nice choice for breakfast but be prepared to wait if you arrive after 9AM. The Round Robbin Bar was a wonderful afternoon cocktail location. We expect to return. 13 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Williard = WOW! We have had the opportunity to experience some great hotels but the Willard is probably one of the best hotels we have ever experienced. It is just beautiful and historic! The position is brilliant - right next to the White House and monuments. Its a short walk to the shops, tourist places and anything else you need to do. Service is outstanding. When we checked in we were given a quick run down of the history - every President of the USA has stayed at the Willard. This is where 'lobbyist' came from. Outstanding check-in. Porters were quick, efficient and friendly. Same with the Café. The bar was magnificent and service outstanding. This is a must stay hotel in Washington DC. As a Gold Ambassador they upgraded me and internet was good. The bed was large and comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Reservation was efficient and much appreciated. Well done to the Willard 13 April 2015
