Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff The overall experience was excellent. I was particularily impressed with the friendly staff and their willingness to assist. The room was beautiful and beds were very comfortable. The only negative was breakfast the second day. I ordered oatmeal which was almost inedible. It was mostly water and not very appetizing. It took so long to get the waiters attention that I did not have time to order something else due to my flight plans. The waiter was appologetic and did not charge for the meal. I expected better service . Otherwise, it was a great stay. 22 April 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GW vacation Bad encounter with security person as we had left both keys in our room He treated my husband as if he were a criminal and asked inappropriate questions. We were very disappointed in the size and service in your breakfast upstairs café. I would have expected a larger more elegant room with better service and expanded menu. 20 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love the Willard I always look forward to trips to DC and the Willard. The staff is professional while still being friendly. As I Royal Ambassador I was given a wonderful upgrade to a suite with a fantastic view. Everyone from reception, housekeeping, the operators on the phone, the bellmen, everyone is so nice. The only downside was the High Tea at Peacock Alley. The tea sandwiches were hard and were glazed over like they had been sitting out for way too long. I was served chocolate scones, now that would be ok for my grandchildren, but not what I expected from the Willard. I asked for another scone, and was quickly given one, but it was not done in the middle, so I could not eat it. I was very disappointed High Tea. However even that disappointment did not ruin my 8 days at the Willard. Look forward to returning. 17 April 2015
