Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic location to see Washington DC sights Old Washington DC at its best. Love the fact that we arrive to town early evening and be sitting at Old Ebbets a short walk away for dinner and drinks. Having a suite was key for our family, allowing my wife and I privacy while the kids slept in or were off playing. Plenty of space. Also provided plenty of room to entertain visitors. Having a dining room table allowed us to just sit, talk and enjoy each others company over some wine.Relaxing and homey. Kids all played in other rooms. Front desk provided every request and followed up to ensure everything was great. 29 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Johanna Curtis My husband and I rented a room for the night of our wedding and couldn't have been happier with it! Comfortable, spacious, and with amazing views of the city! 28 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful, historical hotel This is my favorite D.C. hotel. This hotel has an amazing history, and they have a fascinating hall that has descriptions and explanations of the hotel's past, including the fact that Lincoln stayed here while waiting for his inauguration. The hotel retains it's historical features and look, yet has been updated to a comfortable, modern hotel with very nice amenities. The bar is the oldest bar in D.C., and is small but comfortable. I have referred this hotel to several friends and business acquaintances, and every one of them that went on to stay at The Willard have made a point to thank me for referring it to them. I highly recommend this hotel! 27 January 2015
