Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The best in Wellington This hotel has always been a top property in the capital of New Zealand. Recently refurbished, it is now looking every bit a bright new hotel and is certainly the best in Wellington - if not New Zealand. The staff are professional, friendly and effective. From the Concierge to the Room Service (and all the necessary support offices), this hotel works at international best practice. It is well managed and staff are selected carefully. The dedication to teamwork is obvious. The newly restructured Club Lounge is a real winner - in all respects. 21 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience The Intercontinental Wellington was one week away from it's new opening. Amongst all the chaos the staff were still so friendly, professional and very approachable. Personally I didn't find any of the rennovations an inconvenience and this was mainly due to the excellent staff. My room on this occasion was superb, even more comfortable thank usual. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good service, though the room is a bit smaller than expected. We stayed in the Club floor and had our breakfast in the Club lounge. The Club Manager, Jenna, was so kind to introduce local tea and juices, and even offered some complimentary gifts with a lovely card to my parents. They were very pleased and impressed. 16 September 2014
