Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excellent stay in Welly Great staff, from arrival to leaving , always looking out for you and making sure that any request was dealt with in a timely fashion. Specially liked the drive back to the airport with the concierge who was so knowledgeable about the local area I felt like driving past the airport and extending the trip!! May 4, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Hotel, could do some work on breakfast services excellent hotel. friendly staff. disappointing that peak breakfast time - hardly any staff in the dining room. no one to receive guests at breakfast. one poor girl doing (France) did a sterling job, but she was alone on the floor getting teas etc also morning check out rush, only one staff member at desk She sorted out my gluten free toast asap, but I was in such a rush to catch a flight - had to wait for tea,coffee otherwise very lovely hotel. look forward to staying again April 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Totally Relaxing The prior night my son had booked us into a different hotel for three nights, we won't say any more than we could not book out fast enough. The Intercontinental Wellington's room was fantastic it had an amazing view of the whole harbour. Staff very knowledgeable and so courteous. If you are taking a trip to Wellington this is the place to stay. April 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel in the capital We stayed in refurbished Level 8, and used the Exec Floor Lounge for breakfast and as a meeting place. Redesign is excellent, modern, light, airy and very comfortable. Staff in the Exec Lounge are friendly, courteous and attentive. This hotel is the first real 5 star in Wellington and is the current top choice for this category. April 23, 2015
