오전Take a morning stroll down to the nearby Zocalo of our Colonial and Historical town, watch the world go by and enjoy a rich blend of aromatic coffee from the northern hills of Cuetzalan. From here, a short walk takes you to El Parian, where you can purchase original crafts from the region. Puebla is also famous for its Talavera ceramics. In our beatutiful historical downtown you will find some factories around, where you can watch craftsmen transforming dull slabs of clay into works of art using ancient techniques that have prevailed throughout the centuries. |
오후Located near the twin volcanic peaks of Iztaccihuatl and Popocatepetl, the enigmathic Cholula, wich literally translated means "Place of those who fled", is home to many small restaurants and craft shops. After taking a stroll and enjoying a drink in the fresh air, make your way to the great pyramid of Tlachihualtepetl (The Hill Made by Hand). The largest man made structure in Mexico, the pyramid has an unequalled vantage point over the city. To catch the sun as it sets between the volcanoes, aim to be at the top of the pyramid between 18:00 and 19:00, you will be amazed. |
저녁Home to an eclectic mix of some of the city's finest restaurants, Juarez Avenue is one of the most important of Puebla's streets. Amid of restaurants, coffee houses and places serving dishes from Italy, Argentina and Brazil is the Mexican bar La Cantina de los Remedios. A vibrant mix of colors, sound and taste with it's mariachis, tequilas and fine Mexican food is an integral part of what Puebla and Mexico are all about. The bar is situated just 10 minutes from the hotel, so while leaving La Cantina might prove difficult, getting back to the hotel won't. |
