환영합니다 Taba Heights
Welcome to the InterContinental Taba Heights. From the moment you enter our little paradise at the red sea, our team and I will be there for you. We are here to make it the best of stays you can possibly have.
Built with a touch of Andalusia, our resort with its three buildings offer a varity of views from your conveniently placed rooms. For Golf players, the Pentagon buiding offers perfections with rooms just across the street from the Taba Heights Golf Club and grand views of the resort. The Atrium offers you direct access to both our Lagoon and beach and its dreamlike Sea Front Rooms while the Crescent keeps you close to main facilities and entertainment with fantastic views from your suite or room
오전For a perfect morning, you can start with a jog on our tropical pathways and invigorate your body before it gets too hot. Take a quick refreshing shower and then at 8.30am have a traditional Egyptian breakfast so you're just in time to catch the first trip to Salah El Dean Citadel at 9am. This takes you to visit the main sea defence point of this area, which is quite impressive. Then you can check out beautiful Pharaoh Island and do some truly fantastic snorkelling, marvelling at the schools of exotic fish darting through crystal-clear waters. |
오후For the afternoon, head back to the mainland and then pop to the Waterworld Diving Center. Have a few delicious snacks at the on-site restaurant and then, after allowing your food to digest, take your pick of the exhilarating aquatic activities on offer. Fantastic diving trips and courses are available. You can windsurf and water-ski, soar above the ocean parasailing, or even have some childish fun in a banana boat or crazy doughnut. Why not, eh? You only live once. |
저녁After a hectic but satisfying day, use the evening to totally relax and head to Castle Zamman, just 20 minutes from Taba. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea while your meal of succulent meat and slowly cooked vegetables is painstakingly prepared. Your meal can take between one and three hours, but while you wait you can explore the underground treasure room, sip a cocktail by the bar, or if you really want to unwind, get a heavenly massage. |
현지 문화CULTURETry not to sit with your legs crossed as showing the sole of your shoe can be considered an insult to others. CUSTOMWhen attending a dinner at an Egyptian friend or associate's residence, always bring some kind of gift with you as a mark of respect, such as chocolates or flowers. CultureDressing modestly would be appropriate and is more respectful of local culture. However, this is not to say that you need to adopt native clothing. PEOPLEPeople of the same gender may interact with far less physical distance than you are used to, so much so that it may conflict with the western notion of personal space. Egyptians are a very warm people and will tend to stand quite close to you - please be aware that moving away may be seen as a sign of aloofness. Conversely, men and women stand much farther apart from each other when interacting. |
