Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Incredible Customer Relations Service Focus I have stayed at this property on a number of occasions. This is a beautiful property in an awesome location to visit Boston. Typically my stays have been a positive experience requiring however that I have to make an effort to receive the benefits accruing to my status with IHG. On this occasion, with no undue effort on my part I received a wonderful reception and an over and above level of service from the Customer Relations Executive - Inilta Monteiro. Ms Monteiro is an exceptional representative for this property and is a reason to continue patronizing this establishment. My appreciation is extended to Ms Monteiror making our stay most enjoyable. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Overall Amazing Hotel I cannot thank the staff at this hotel enough for all their help. Brittney, the concierge, was so informed with everything about her city. She went out of her way to help us find reservations for restaurants even though we asked her last minute. Thank you Brittney! We were stranded at an ACDC concert and called the hotel for help. They immediately connected us to a limosine service. We did not need the service because the taxi arrived but they called us back to make sure we were ok. Every staff member greets you when you walk in and when you leave. I give this hotel a five star rating and I will be sure to book at the Intercontinental wherever I visit next. Thank you for making our first trip to Boston, a memorable one. August 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 50th. Wedding anniversary. We would like to have been informed of the Fire Station opposite our guest room and the noise that goes with it on and off twenty four hours a day, hence a huge lack of sleep. The bar prices were very extravagant. The most upsetting part of our stay at The Intercontinental was the Dinner Restaurant for the special occasion of our 50th Wedding anniversary, our server let the whole of the Hotel staff down by being straight faced, unfriendly and very unhelpful, we had waited and planned this trip for a very long time and cost us a great deal of money. The day was marred along with the occasion, we were very disappointed and never returned to the restaurant for the rest of our stay preferring to eat elsewhere. All other staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. August 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful hotel and great for special occassion My husband and I decided to stay over night in Boston to attend a family member's wedding in town. Since it was also my husband's birthday we decided to splurge on a nice hotel and make a night of it. It's not something we could afford to do regularly but once a year it would be fun to stay over night and make a weekend trip into Boston. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were elegant and clean. We didn't have the best experience in the bar or the restaurant where brunch was served but we wouldn't let that deter us from staying there again. August 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious and luxurious room, great location This is a beautiful hotel. There was plenty of space in our room and the bathroom was also spacious and gorgeous. Very modern furnishings, materials, etc. The hotel is also in a great location, just 10 minutes walk to Quincy Market, Aquarium, North End, Downtown Crossing, near amazing restaurants, shopping, etc. Easy access from and to the Pike, didn't need to drive through the city once we exited the highway, just a straight shot. Valet parking is pricey but you can find parking garages close by for much less - you just may need to move your car after 24 hours. This hotel charges $44 a day, but we found a garage across the street that charged $10 on weekends. We just had to take our car out and then re-park it...for a savings of $34 it was worth the hassle. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel again. Couple suggestions...better pillows! Too soft for us! Also, there is a mini bar / fridge in the room just wish there was some other space in it to store your own items. I had no place to keep my leftovers :) August 25, 2015
