Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Comfortable resort hotel but... in the last May 5, 2015, our family take a stay in PyeongChang Alpensia Intercontinental Resort Hotel for one night. During my stay, I was satisfied with the facilities having very clean and luxury hotel room. However, when I have check in the lobby, I felt uncomfortable to its staff response to my request of freeupgrade if available. I just think that I stayed with family paying not cheap room rate at that night. I just hope to its staff to respond to client with more gentle attitude not saying why they should freeupgrade the room. (In most 5 star grade hotel, hotel staff in the lobby check the availabity at first and explain their possible service with gentle manner or upgrade the room if available.) May 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by a peaceful place for get-away This resort is not busy at this time but certainly a wonderful place for a get-way where I can enjoy peace and quieteness during my visit. The hotel has nice facility and conformtable rooms. All staff are friendly and polite, most of time being attentive to guests. As an Ambassador, my room was arranged upon my request for a south-facing-window room, with nice balcony over-looking the ski slops. Front desk, Concireger and house-keeping are very nice. The Flavours provides a nice buffet breakfast with quite lots of options of different food. For lunch and dinner, I can order nice Korean food from the Menu, and the restaurant staff are very attentive and offer timely service, very impressive. Check-in was nice with welcoming by Anna, and check-out was also efficient. Concirge guy quickly get me the taxi to Hoenggye terminal. I do enjoy my time here with the resort. May 4, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Service When I checked out and left the hotel, the guy who stood in front of the door listened our talkings. We were discussing about walking around the hotel and resort. The guy run into us and recommended the tour course and gave us the map of resort. Its was one of the greatest service among I ever had before. If I knew the name of the guy, I might send an e-mail. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The best attentive staff I want to praise staff. I did not know his name. The staff is my room housekeeper. I was call him about room accessories several times. He sweating and hard, but he continued smile. The wine glass was broke by me. He came to my room quickly and managed broken wine glass. Thanks to him. March 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 It was very good experience! I visited Alpensia Pyeongchang Intercontinental Hotel about 7times. And I have very good experience all the time. The staffs were very kind and room condition was also great. Most of all, the large window could help us to get fresh air and felt very good. I will go to Alpensia Pyeongchang Intercontinental Hotel again and I hope we can feel comfortable like before. Thank you! March 12, 2015
