Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The greats and the not-so-greats First, the greats. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and lovely pillows that will just bring you to dreamland in a minute. However the room is too dark to do anything at all! i can't even see the desk looking for smaller items without opening the shades. Then came the lunch buffet that came together with our conference on 17th July. While the food variety was awesome, your staff have not clue at all how to sit the guests. They should be able to see who are the organizers when the few of us are dress in the same business shirts. Yet they could ask me 'are we part of the Kramer group?'. I had to tell him sternly 'WE ARE the organizers!'. Then they quickly sit us a table. Otherwise they were telling us there was not tables available. Quite unprofessional on this portion. Please take note, On the good note, kukos to Banquet manager Long and another manager, who help us re-arrange the ballroom on 16 July evening. And the service during the event itself on 17 July was great. Also please extend my thanks to your staff from 'Instant service', i called asking if they sell the shower bath and lotion. This staff call back to tell me no they don't but he arrange to give me complimentary bottles, that is so personal and heart-warming. Please extend my appreciation to him. I was staying in rm 423, and called on 16 July night. July 23, 2015

HOWEVER, YOUR STAFF FROM THE DOOR LADY, BELL MAN, FRONT DESK, CONCEIRGE, AND ALL THE RESTAURANT STAFF WERE THE BEST I HAVE EXPEIRENCED. I HAVE STAYED AT MANY COUNTRIES AND RESORTS AND NOWHERE COMPARES TO YOUR STAFF. THEY MADE ME FEEL VERY WELCOME AND GREETED ME WITH SMILES AND WERE JUST EXCELLENT!! REALLY MADE MY STAY ENJOYABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN NOT FOR THE BUILDINGS OR ROOMS OR AMENITIES BUT FOR YOUR STAFF!! July 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by クラブラウ��ジをおすすめします。 一言で言うと、すばらしい滞在でした。 スタッフによる差は多少ありましたが、みんな笑顔でとても気持ちよく滞在できました。 日本人スタッフもいつも常駐しており安心できます。また日本人スタッフ以外でも、英語が苦手な私でもみんなきちんと対応してくれました。 プールについては少し狭いですが、十分リゾート感を満喫できます。結構いっぱいになってしまい、特に日曜日は座る場所もなくなるほどですのでご注意を。 クラブラウンジについては、メニューがなくて注文しにくかったのですが、5時~7時のカクテルタイムではカクテルなどをボードに記載してあるので選ぶことができます。飲み物がお部屋に持ち帰るような仕組みもあればなお利用しやすいのではないかなと思います。 本館でもパビリオン2.3でもレイクビューであれば全く問題ありません。ただ、向きによってはパビリオンから本館ビューだったり、湖沿いの家が見える部屋だったり、パーキングビューもありますので向きには注意です。 本館のプールビューは3階以上でしたら悪くないと思います。 お部屋も素敵な雰囲気に仕上がっておりますのでぜひご宿泊してみてはいかがでしょうか。 July 15, 2015

Good property, friendly staff, helpful conceige. Would recommend the hotel to others. Conceige should be telling you about restaurants and bars around the hotel as some are better then what you would find in the old quarter. July 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hanoi Heat This was our first time visting Hanoi and we were taken aback by the apparently unusual extreme temperatures (+41'C# and humidity #+85%) and unfortunately the hotel AC systems struggled to keep the room, restaurants and public areas cool.. Even the swimming pool offered no respite as it was not chilled and felt like swimming in a bath. Restaurant and bar selection is limited but there are plenty of local restaurants and bars to visit in the local area offering some fantastic Vietnamese food. Sleep quality was not great as our room was located near the local road, which had a dog barking all night. This is not the hotel's issue but if the glazing was of a better quality then perhaps it would have allowed for better undisturbed sleep. That said the hotel appearance is pleaseant and the staff are very helpful and attentive. We had booked the Club facilities and the lounge itself was large and sapcious, but the canape/food selection was very limitied compared to other Interncon's or IHG hotels. It is still a good location and value to stay in if you visit Hanoi. July 15, 2015
