Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room, but all the rest is a bad experience hotel looks impressive and what you would expect from the outside. inside only the room is good. closer inspection reveals dirt and rubbish on outside, dust at various places inside hotel. staff extremely unfriendly and service is bad. no access to lounge. ambassador program has NO advantage or meaning for this hotel. management not visible, so they can't respond to queries or complaints, before the guest has to mention this in a review or rating of the hotel. nothing is included for ambassador quest, apart from tasteless welcome snack. no access control to hotel. staff doesn't take notice of guests, you have to call someone who may opt to respond. staff makes bad remarks about local SA guests. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another great stay The staff of this hotel makes things so easy for you. From when you arrive to when you check out all the staff are so friendly and very helpful. Makes it very convenient when returning after a tiring (but great) safari. We have used this hotel for all of our Africa trips and will continue to do so. April 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Janelas que abrem É muito importante para a qualidade da estadia dos hóspedes que a equipe do hotel seja atenciosa com todos os tipos de perguntas que os clientes fazem. Tenho claustrofobia e não consegui dormir porque fui hospedado em um quarto que as janelas não abrem. Esse problema poderia ter sido evitado se a equipe do hotel respondesse as questões antes de realizar a reserva. April 6, 2015
