The champagne and fruit you placed in my suite were gorgeous and delicious, and the view was spectacular. The room that Guest Relations Agent Elysia Doumbalian,set up for me was perfect, and I am very impressed with this. The food was absolutely scrumptious and the mini bar was not only delectable, but a work of art as well. Your staff treated us like royalty when i checked in and their service was absolutely impeccable. I have already referred your hotel to one of my friends who lives in Los Angeles. In addition to the amazing food, service and accommodations, your prices are quite reasonable which made our event even better. Thank you again for contributing to my stay. 14 de octubre de 2014
    Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Not up to IHG standards based on its other properties. We have stayed with Intercontinental hotels in various cities over 3 continents and based on our wonderful experience at these hotels we booked with this property. Sadly it failed to meet our expectations. Our "guaranteed upgrade" was a room, right next to the noisy lift well. The room itself, while quite large, required décor upgrade. Both the furniture and bathroom fittings were tired and uninviting. The Ambassador representative is non existent over a weekend and the desk clerks were unaware of the clubs benefits, e.g. late checkouts. There is no club lounge, which generally makes the fairly expensive rates value for money. It is not a very well situated hotel in a city which can be pricey to move around by taxi due to the congested traffic conditions. The one night we chose to eat at the one hotel restaurant we were told, on arrival, that it was closed for a private function. We had not been informed of this when making enquiries at the front desk earlier in the day so did not make alternate arrangements. Finally, for the first time ever at any IHG hotel, we were charged for a small jug of fresh milk, we requested as the 2 small, milk capsules provided did not even make one of the room coffees bearable. I will be writing to IHG Head Office to ask them why they keep this property as part of their portfolio when it doesn't appear to meet the 5 star experience normally associated with their brand.. 14 de octubre de 2014
