    Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Great Service, Hotel Needs Remodeling As a Platinum Ambassador who has stayed at many Intercontinental hotels, I am very pleased to have this outstanding hotel in my backyard. My overall stay at this hotel was very memorable. I recommend the hotel to both leisure and business guests. I will definitely be back, in 2 months to be exact. There were however, a few shortcomings with not getting the remodeled room I requested and the sliding door to the balcony that can only be locked with a key (for maintenance use) being unlocked because housekeeping forgot to lock it after cleaning, huge security issue. But, the service was excellent, a few names that stood out: First, the front desk manager, Tim, was very accommodating and apologetic to the security issue I had in my room with the open sliding door that does not lock without a key. Galina, the guest relations manager, was very helpful, accommodating and efficient. I am very pleased with the way she handles things, given that she works at the VIP lounge and manages the hotel when no manager at the front desk is in. Carlos and Nicholas, the best bellman/doormen I have met in all my Intercontinental stays. They not only helped me get my bags in the car, to the room and else where, but also went over and beyond with being proactive and efficient in meeting my every need. They were so proactive, that sometimes, I did not need to ask for things, they just happened, as if they knew what I wanted next. Unfortunately, the second name escapes me for the two housekeeping ladies who turndown my room, but they were working together. I remember one name, Shirley. Both housekeepers were very courteous in preparing my room for a good night's rest. The sofa bed was not made when it was pulled out and they spent diligent time arranging the sheets and pillows. Overall, the hotel needs to be remodeled; to keep up with the hotels in Beverly Hills and the Intercontinental hotels across the world. Also, the hotel should have a club lounge. I always look forward to lounging at the club lounge and overlooking the view of the city after a long day. 18 de octubre de 2014

The champagne and fruit you placed in my suite were gorgeous and delicious, and the view was spectacular. The room that Guest Relations Agent Elysia Doumbalian,set up for me was perfect, and I am very impressed with this. The food was absolutely scrumptious and the mini bar was not only delectable, but a work of art as well. Your staff treated us like royalty when i checked in and their service was absolutely impeccable. I have already referred your hotel to one of my friends who lives in Los Angeles. In addition to the amazing food, service and accommodations, your prices are quite reasonable which made our event even better. Thank you again for contributing to my stay. 14 de octubre de 2014
