    Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by “Just First Class all round!” Stayed for 7 nights 2-9 August on arrival we were upgraded to Presidential Suite due to my Platinum Ambassador status. The suite was amazing! We encountered a problem with one of the TV’s which we reported, the staff could not have been more helpful in trying to fix it, it wasn’t really a major issue to us we were more thinking about someone after us trying to use it, we weren’t there to watch TV because it wasn’t fixed immediately when we booked Waterbiscuit for a meal that night we were informed the meal would be complimentary not necessary but much appreciated. We ate at Pranga and Waterbiscuit several times during our stay in fact only eating outside these two hotel restaurants one night both restaurants are excellent. Pranga more for waterfront location although the food is good, the food at Waterbiscuit is just exquisite. The best thing about Intercontinental Malta is the staff absolutely every member of staff you encounter always smiles and greets you from the moment you walk through the door from the lady servicing the room to the fantastic staff in the Executive Lounge. It feels a little unfair to single out some but Inna was brilliant with her smiling face every morning at breakfast, remembering our preferences and always there to help. Nicola, Angelic, Maggie and Laure also more than worthy of mention for their absolute perfect understanding of customer service and hospitality always helpful, always smiling always happy to converse. Every guest is made to feel extra special and absolutely nothing is too much for them. Some comment on the streets outside I would not let you put this off once inside the hotel resort you have no idea what is outside and it’s not exactly Ayia Napa not that it bothers us anyway. I would fully recommend this hotel and upgrading to have access to the Exec lounge for the superb benefits this brings the breakfast is excellent, afternoon tea delightful and evening drinks and canapés on the beautiful terrace the most perfect start to every evening . This was our second visit here and we are now booking our third we shall see you again very soon. 27 de agosto de 2014
    Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by The staff was great It was a little dated exterior, but there was a very clean interior Did you get Renyuaru. Those who feel good in the friendly staff was larger. We reserved a KING PANORAMIC IC CLUB ROOM, but I was upgraded to junior suite for award of Ambassador membership. It is the impression that the room is not to say that the lower floors, but that has been upgraded in a businesslike manner and without thinking feeling scenery facing the courtyard day was also booked a panoramic in a bad room. The staff is also great club lounge, but it was state breakfast does not shine nearly every day instead, also added that it will not be in very poor food such as the time period for the other. It was a level that disappointed compared to the lounge of the Intercontinental Asian. But I also rich in whole to it was stay satisfactory.
