Everything went well except for the internet in the room. It was extremely slow. Staff did not resolve the issue.

I stayed in Intercontinental during my stay in Medellin. Overall good experience during my stay in the Hotel, except Airport pick-up. On call service is not as good as expected, but in terms of amenities

Have stayed at many IHG properties, but mostly Intercontinental ones. I am used to a much better service than the one received at Intercontinental Medellin. My loyalty as a Platinum Ambassador member was not recognised as it usually is in other properties; very disappointed by the recepcionist lady who helped me with the check in and at check out another lady, same feeling... Dissapointed!
I believe that the customer experience MUST be improved at this property. Thanks.
