after i check out they have charge me for another day. when i visit the hotel later they promise to settle it. i send all the documentation required to show that i was not in the hotel for the charged date. after 1 week still they did not respond.
staff attitude is very unfriendly and make sure that you close the checkout correctly. these guys do not know what they are doing at front desk.

Hotel is a little dated. Service is not up to par. Check-in and check-out take way too long. I was charged for things that I shouldn't have been charged for and the hotel is unwilling to accept responsibility for their mistake.
If staying here, make sure you check your final bill and have your credit card company's phone number ready because you may have to call them and file a dispute.

EL personal del restaurante es bastante mal encarado, o les falta personal o no les gusta lo que hacen.
Siempre están con prisa de un lado a otro, les pides algo y tardan demasiado en atenderte. Pero al momento de pedir la cuenta te enfatizan mucho el tema del "servicio".
El servicio al cuarto tarda demasiado, mas de 40 minutos.

La verdad estoy muy decepcionada de este hotel pues a pesar del prestigio que tiene, el servicio fue bastante malo.
El personal poco amable, poca actitud de servicio, y yo tuve un incidente y en lugar de resolverlo me mandaron con un gerente que se tardó mas de 30 minutos para esto ya era más de las 11:30 pm.
El servicio fue lo peor de mi estancia, el hotel buenas instalaciones, pero la diferencia la hace justo el servicio a cliente. No se si les falta entrenamiento o no reclutaron al personal con las competencias necesarias para desempeñarse en el puesto de atención a clientes.

staff should be more customer orientated, specially in the breakfast room. they shout and run here and there. but generally no complain about any specific items.

After a long day traveling and working...got to hotel after 10:00 PM just to find out Hotel Management had the absolutely genius idea to allow a party in the central patio that included a Mariachi and a Drum group..
Staff at reception were worried but did not act as a fair amount of people with drums and instruments came thru the door. Apparently their excuse was that the party was for someone with considerable means.......
Party ended at 1:00 am.
I am normally pretty laid back, but for management to allow this during the week with a full hotel simply obligates me to call them on their bad judgement.
As a multiyear loyal customer to the brand I must say that this experience on this property does tarnish the brands image, might as well had been standing in a Motel with a party at the parking lot.....
Hope sharing this experience with all helps to fix this in the future.

The hotel is in a nice area and has a pleasant look and feel. I was disappointed when I made it to my floor. The whole place smelled musty and my room was no exception. The humidity level was sky high and it was difficult to cool the room down at night. The balcony sliding glass doors seemed to be rusted shut and I was barely able to get them open and closed.
