    Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by amazing location super luxurious! had another wonderfully memorable stay at the Intercontinental Natadola. There was a large group of us family & friends and the hotel managed to accommodate everyone's various requests with grace & ease!! Julie Papps was also extremely helpful with our late booking. Food at Dove (? - lovely restaurant) was amaaaazing!!! I love the fact there is another option for breakfast other than the very busy/noisy Sanasana restaurant. Peacefully tranquil, we were invited to the club members drinks and saw the beautiful fire lighting ceremony. Beds super comfy love the bath on the balcony!! All in all a stunning visit - cannot wait to come back! Vinaka August 30, 2015
    Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic and Memomarable We stayed at Intercontinental for a short break for rest and relaxation. Every single member of staff greeted us by name and remembered our name, made reference to our IHG membership like we were royalty. Certainly made you feel very special. We stayed in Club and the staff there - each and every one of them help make the stay one of the best we have had. Breakfast is devine, afternoon tea is devine and the best sunset cocktails and canapés are a spoiler for dinner. We had a plunge pool club room, although we did not go in it, it was beautiful to look at, the rooms are more than spacious, clean and comfortable. Only gripe is the TV channels are rubbish. Never watched BBC news as much! I know you are not on holiday to watch TV, but it is nice on an evening to watch a programme before bed. The spa is fantastic, not cheap but definitely worth it. We travel extensively around the world and do not always choose Intercontinental, but this has changed our view. We are looking to book for October 2016 for our anniversary and already looking forward to it. Down in the main resort i must admit is not for me. If you have children then fine, we don't and always retreated back to Club where under 12 are not allowed. This was serene. Staff members of 12 floor staff, 4 kitchen including fantastic Chef Jitendra and the reception staff were nothing less than perfect. Moses, Senirusi, Josephine, Kuva, Lusia and Paula all spring to mind when we think of Club Intercontinental Fiji, you guys helped make our holiday and cannot wait to return. August 29, 2015
    Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Review Staff are lovely and extremely friendly, this cannot be argued but I have higher expectations of service then those that are provided at the resort. Fiji time although may be a fun concept is not an excuse for poor service, especially in this level of hotel. Every single breakfast a member of staff would take us to our seats and take our tea/coffee order, not once the whole stay did we get it in a timely manner. If it turned up at all it would be about 40 minutes in to breakfast once we had finished our many trips to the Buffett. Otherwise we would have to ask several times and often it just wouldn't arrive. We experienced the same service in Karma Lounge, on two occasions we waited over 25 minutes for a drink and the bar was empty both times. On two other occasions after waiting 35 minutes and asking several times we just left. I also found the service around the pool bar to be extremely slow, we chose to go on holiday before our baby arrives so we could have a nice relaxing break but the service put a slight dampener on the experience. Once again staff are lovely but lovely isn't what you're looking for when your 6 months pregnant in 30 degree heat waiting for a bottle of water for 30 minutes and of course when you finally get it they have forgotten the glass so that's another 10 minutes to get that. By the end of the holiday I ended up going and ordering at the bar myself and insisting I would wait as it's the only way I could get a drink in under 10 minutes. The service level is my only gripe of the resort, otherwise it was lovely. Unfortunately though when you're paying for a certain level of service you expect it and our expectations were not met in the situation. August 27, 2015
