Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First Visit I had been travelling for 3 days continuously; and with the knowledge of the area I was unsure of what to expect from the hotel. There is significant refurbishment going on which will impact first impressions; however once within the hotel and my room I was not disappointed and the overall stay was a pleasant one. Considering the fact I will be staying in the region for some time I am pleased that there is a hotel which will always meet my expectations. June 20, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by RECENT STAY Hotel is in a state of transition, it has been like this for the past 2-3 years. There is debris scattered over the whole area and it does not have a welcoming feel. As this is an Intercontinental brand this lack of urgency in finishing this hotel`s appearance is letting the brand down. On the other hand the staff at the hotel could not be more accomodating under these circumstances. June 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and a clean example of a great hotel for Taif From the moment i entered i experienced a warm and vibrant welcome. The concierge and reception staff were friendly and very attentive. The hotel is dated and currently going through an upgrade but dont let this deter you as its definately the best hotel in Taif. Opt for a room facing away from the front of the hotel as it can be noisey due to maintenance. Staff inparticular were amazing. I booked an incorrect room and wanted a change as well as other issues and Sultan at the hotel made the change swiftly and with no delays and was actually very knowledgeable in the matter. The other staff members Ramel, Habeeb and Khalid were also very attentive and frindly and the fact i remembered their names says a lot. The General manager Salim, as well as all the staff there speak good english. The GM made me feel at home which was nice. The rooms are all really clean and well equipped however they are dated. There is no pool and fully equipped gym as there currently under construction. It should be stated on the hotel web page. Internet wifi is provided throughout the hotel. There is a hire car facility, barbers and shop within the hotel. Parking is free of charge and normally have spaces at peak times. Throughly enjoyed my stay. Thanks June 1, 2015
