Can I earn points or miles for stays that occurred prior to my enrolment in the Priority Club Rewards programme?

How can I enrol in Priority Club Rewards?
Enrolment is easy and FREE. Simply go to the PCR enrolment page, enrol at any of our hotels or contact the Priority Club Rewards Service Centre.

How soon after enrolment will I get a card?
You will receive your Priority Club membership kit within 2-4 weeks after your first stay. You may also print your temporary card to use when travelling prior to receiving your membership kit.

At what hotels can I earn Priority Club Points when I stay?
Earn points through the Priority Club Rewards family of brands: InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites.

How many points do I earn when I stay?
If you enrol in Priority Club Rewards at the time of your initial stay at any IHG branded hotel (excluding ANA partner hotels worldwide), you will earn 1,000 points for that qualified enroling stay. For subsequent stays, and for all stays if you enrol by some other means prior to your initial stay, you will earn:

10 Priority Club base points per eligible $1 USD spent at all:Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, and Holiday Inn Express hotel brands
5 Priority Club base points per eligible $1 USD spent at all:Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites
2,000 points per qualifying stay at an InterContinental Hotels & Resorts worldwide
2,000 points, 1,300 points or 600 points per qualifying stay at an ANA partner hotel

Can I earn points and miles at the same time?
Your Priority Club Rewards account must reflect either a points or a mileage earning preference. However, you can switch from one to the other at any time by clicking here. On rare occasions, there are Priority Club Rewards promotions that offer points only, so if you are a mileage earner you will earn points on these offers. This information will be clearly displayed in the promotion details.

How do I become a Priority Club Gold member?
Priority Club Rewards Gold membership will be awarded to you if you have a minimum of 15 nights at qualifying rates or if you earn at least 20,000 points during a calendar year. Once you have earned Gold Elite membership status in any calendar year, you will maintain such status until the end of the following calendar year. You may also purchase a Gold membership for a fee of $50 USD. Gold memberships that are purchased are only valid for the duration of the calendar year in which they are purchased.

How do I become a Priority Club Platinum member?
Priority Club Rewards Platinum membership will be awarded to you if you have a minimum of 50 nights at qualifying rates or if you earn at least 60,000 points during a calendar year. Once you have earned Gold Elite membership status in any calendar year, you will maintain such status until the end of the following calendar year.

Can I earn points on meetings?
Yes, you can earn points on qualified meetings  by becoming a member of Priority Club Meeting Rewards. If you are already a Priority Club member, click here to update your account. As a meeting planner, you become a Gold elite member after hosting one qualified event or become a Platinum elite after two qualified events.
