Make sure all your points earned from stays, promotions and partner activities are reported correctly on your account. Our goal is for you to get the most out of your membership by receiving the points you deserve.
While most of the promotion that you have signed up for will appear in My Offers, there is a few that will not. It doesn't mean that you were not registered but they have just been designed that way.
To be eligible for bonus points, you must register for the promotion in advance. Stays that occurred prior to promotion registration will not be eligible for bonus credit/points
Bonus points from Hertz car rental are issued within 2-4 weeks after the rental. To request missing miles, use the Hertz Retroactive Mileage Request Form. Be prepared to provide additional information such as your Priority Club number, Rental Agreement Number and travel dates.
A stay takes five to seven days from the date of check-out to post on your Priority Club Rewards account. As a Priority Club Rewards member you may request credit for stays up to six months after check-out.
At US and Canada, you will receive points for the room you occupy as well as all other rooms that have your Priority Club Rewards number attached, excluding InterContinental Hotels and Resorts. Outside the US and Canada, credit is issued for the room that you physically occupy. Please note that members will only get one credit toward elite status, not all rooms will count.
