Great Stay!
By mkone
First time at this hotel / brand and it was a great experience. Customer service great as well as amenities in the room. Wish I stayed longer so I could've taken advantage of the in-room kitchen, [More] fridge and microwave! And breakfast in the AM was great too. Only negative was the smell in the bathroom area - smelled like the shower curtain needed to be aired out more so the 'mildewy' smell doesn't stay. Bed in the room was a bit small. otherwise, great stay! thank you! [Less]
Okay for 1 night stay

This hotel was just fine for a 1 night stay prior to early air travel the following morning. [Less]
January Mini-Vacation
By ceejay51
When I was looking for a pet-friendly place to stay that was near the airport, I was disappointed that the hotels I have used in the past were no longer allowing pets. The Sacramento Staybridge was [More] the only place I could find that was pet friendly. At the time I made reservations, I didn't realize that I was going to be staying in a suite, and I was pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of my room, especially because I was meeting my daughter and her two dogs for a much needed break. Though I felt that the price of the room was a bit high, I did appreciate the effort the staff made to make us feel comfortable and as much at home as possible. I will recommend the Staybridge to my friends and family, and I'll certainly be back! [Less]
Room 340
By Ms. Yates
The room was nicely appointed, but the bed closest to the bathroom, did not have working lights on the bed and the bed side table lights for the same side did not work. We tried checking the power [More] strip, but that did not seems to be the problem. The breakfast was adequate, but not a lot of options. [Less]
High Quality Hotel
By Coreyado
This hotel exceeded my expectations for this trip. Check-in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, the hotel and room was very clean and in great condition. The breakfast was very good, fresh and [More] hot/cold. The staff seemed to always be there (taking care of things) but never in the way. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a nice desk and lots of outlets. And check-out was a breeze. Easy access to the freeway with lots of shopping and food all around. My stay was as good as it gets and I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're in the area. [Less]
I liked the Holliday Inn Express
By BP 2016
Nice quiet room, friendly service. had some issues with the remote control, someone came with fresh batteries. The problem had more to do with the location of the receiver than the euipment itself. i [More] could not change channels lying down on bed. [Less]
Great customer service

Thank you to housekeeping for providing an extra blanket for the cold damp Sacramento night. Turning on the heater is not always my first choice as it gives me a headache. Most welcomed surprise. [Less]
Hotel Stay
By Dassybug
The staff was really nice and friendly (check-in and bar where I got my dinner). My room was really nice and I enjoyed having a couch to relax on during the time I wasn't sleeping. I really [More] appreciated the option to check and and still leave my things in case I was selected for jury duty, which was what brought me to the hotel in the first place. A couple of complaints would be there were crumbs and a couple of french fries in the corner of the chair at the desk. Also, I couldn't get the chair to rise high enough to comfortably use my laptop on the desk (and I'm a tall person...didn't need to raise it terribly high). And the last thing was the internet connection, which I'm not sure anything can be done about. I used the password given to me and was able to connect, but it was so slow that I wasn't even able to load a single game when pulling up my Facebook account. I think there were just too many people on at the same time possibly. Overall my stay was good and I'll definitely stay there again if called back for Federal Jury Duty again. [Less]
