First time staying at this particular hotel, which was a few miles further that I would have liked. The room was clean[Less]
Had to stay for business, it was comfortable and clean, the staff was pleasant and for being there a week overall was very nice stay.[Less]

Location is good for activities in Gwinnett or near north DeKalb county. Hotel staff was attentive and room was clean.[Less]
the location and staff make this hotel my favorite for my trips to the area.[Less]
Holiday Inn Express Kennesaw
Clean hotel for the most part. Our room had a previous customers cup and chewed up straw in the floor for our entire stay. Even though we made sure everything was out of the way so they could see it[More] beside the night stand when they would come in each day to "clean and vacuum" It became a joke with our family to see if the cup and the straw survived again...lol If you stay in room 313 look next to the night stand by the bed closest to the air conditioner and see if the cup and straw still lives.[Less]
Overall I was satisfied with my stay however cleanliness could have been better in room and general areas. Also staff keeping schedule to pool opening and closing would have saved the trouble of[More] repeated trips to front desk to open pool.[Less]
This hotel is very up to date. The bar and food was good.[Less]

vacation..2016 vacation stay..Atlanta, Ga. 2016 ..nothing else to add.[Less]
Comfortable beds. Large room.
I thought I had reserved a Holiday Inn Express. I was surprised it was an older Holiday Inn. The decor is from somewhere in the 70's or 80's. The hotel is clean but the carpet is old and seems it[More] would be hard to be really clean.
Some of the hallways smelled musty.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I live outside of Atlanta but would stay here again.[Less]
