Another stay, another winning experience!
By Rapfred
Love this place -- and not just for its close proximity to the airport and subway. As before, the front desk in concert with housekeeping managed to scare up a couple of feather pillows for my [More] delicate noggin to rest on. (Note to staff: My delicate noggin thanks you.) In addition, since my last visit the boarding pass print-out process has been streamlined. It is now simply and speedily accomplished. At the risk of repeating myself -- aww what the heck, here goes -- this hotel rocks, rolls and rules. [Less]
Great Staff
This has been my second time staying at this location the first time was great, because my room was in the inside, this time I had a room toward the street and the traffic noise was very loud and my [More] sleep quality was effected. The staff was wonderful and Allison at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, she made me feel welcome and was ready to help in any situation. The staff at the local restaurant in the hotel was really wonderful. Hotel beds were comfortable, except for the street noise, this was a great hotel, except if you are a lite sleeper . The workout room was nice an clean, and nice indoor pool. [Less]
Reasonable and Convenient hotel

Reasonably good hotel except for their mattress which was extremely soft and difficult to get a good nights sleep. Needs changing/upgrading. [Less]

Ramon Castillo and his team are very accommodating, friendly, and professional. The facility is always clean, the value is excellent, and the quality of my stays are consistently good. [Less]
Lovely rooms

Needed a place to stay after I sold the house. Got a great 'Extended Stay' rate. Was here for over (3) weeks, switched rooms once. Both rooms were lovely. Only used the restaurant for lunch, but each [More] meal was delicious. Would have liked access to a local newspaper. (They only had USA Today, but was complimentary which was nice.) [Less]
Attentive Service and professional staff

Quick and attentive service; ordered room service and received it in about 10 minutes!!! Also asked for some extra coffee for room and staff member was knocking on door within minutes!!! Great [More] attentive staff. Extremely quick and easy check-in and check-out. If in the area, would stay again. Thanks to all staff!! Cheers! [Less]
Good hotel, excellent location. Staff: not great.
Very good hotel at they heart of times square. Front desk staff rude. It looks like using rewards points as platinum member is not the best thing at this hotel. [Less]

I am very happy with this stay. Rooms are clean and you have your own mini bar in the room. Simple view from the room is spectacular. Staffs are excellent. [Less]

Overall a nice visit. I requested the Ny times and did not receive it the first two days. I went down to the registration desk and the woman said that I did receive it. And her only explanation was [More] that perhaps someone took it. Well, I called later that day from the room and though she said it showed that I was supposed to receive the paper she said I would begin receiving it. And I did the next three days. One other issue, I had a problem with my credit card and a letter was put under my door requesting to bring another card downstairs. Instead I called my credit card company and resolved the issue. I then called and think I was connected to your business office. He ran my card through and said it was okay. I left the room to get coffee and I was locked out of the room. I had to go to the front desk twice to get back in the room. The first front desk person didn't notice why the key was blocked. He thought he activated the key. But it didn't work so had to go downstairs again. Spoke to another person this time and she noticed why the key was blocked. She told me that security would meet me at my door. But all this would not have happened if the business office noted my credit card was okay and not to have the key deactivated. It requires training your staff to think through the situation and not just resolve the issue at hand. [Less]
