The property seems a bit worn in places but clean and relatively well maintained. Its in Buckhead and there is a complementary shuttle to get you around. 11 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Home away from home! Recognizing my Platinum status I was generously upgraded to a one bedroom unit. I'm not so sure that was a good move for me as that unit only had two chairs and a foot stool for the "living room" and no dining space other than two chairs at a counter. Not the best layout for a long term stay. #Feeling the walls closing in I finally moved to a 2bdrm 2bath hotel unit off the 285 Perimeter for a lower than Buckhead rate.# Holiday Inn properties remain my first choice for accommodations due to their ubiquity and point accrual, though Staybridge accrues at half the rate for some strange reason. The Staybridge staff was very accommodating, friendly and responsive to my needs. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The internet was fast enough to support my Netflix preference, although there was the largest selection of TV channels I've ever seen in a hotel. For a woman that doesn't do the evening bar scene, having a selection other than news and sports is generally a good incentive to stay. My one complaint is the lack of baggage carts at this facility #and at the last Staybridge I stayed at in Montgomery, AL this past summer#. Two carts for that many floors/units is unacceptable. I had to wait three hours for one to appear. I did stay long term #which is what Staybridge is designed for!# and had too much stuff to want to make multiple trips in the elevator. During my prior stay in Montgomery, AL I was late for work as a cart took two hours to appear. Granted selfish guests no doubt thought they were smart for hogging them the night before so they could take their sweet time checking out the next morning, but more carts might have reduced that inconsiderate, hoarding, behavior. 05 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Weekend Business In town to search for antiques and architectural treasures for a property we are remodeling. I found the location to be convenient, good value for the money. My wife goes to bed early so it was nice to have a separate bedroom. There were no king suites available even though I thought I reserved one. We settled for a queen. The reservation web site description needs to be clear with the room type.. . You should not call a one room facility a suite. 02 November 2014

The hotel was close to the college, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Sleep quality was rated a 4 as there were loud ladies staying in a room across the hall. 01 November 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by buckhead staybridge suites Upon checking in I was surprised at the attitude of the Asian lady at the front desk. I had called an hour ahead of time to see if I could get an early check in and there was no desire to accommodate me as a gold member. I was told check in was at 330 and that was it- upon asking if there was someone in the room( which I understand) I was told that there was no one in the room. I asked if they could expedite the cleaning of the room and was told no. This has never happened to me at an IHG hotel before. The Asian lady was quite rude and said it was not possible and that they did me a favor by saving the room for me as my credit card had expired( that was on file). Well the reservation was made two weeks in advance and they had plenty of opportunity to contact me to get relevant credit card info. I was never acknowledged as a gold elite member until well after I checked in( I had to leave my bags with them as room was not ready) Also the rooms don't have screens on the windows and as I left my window open for a few hours I came back to over 7 wasps flying around the room. The staff at the breakfast bar and happy hour were fantastic as well as the cleanliness of the pool area 28 October 2014
