Positioned between Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, the hotel has convenient transportation to historical landmarks, restaurants and famous Hong Kong shopping districts. Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East is located just 45 minutes’ drive from Hong Kong International Airport.
The hotel is located on the original coastline on Queen's Road East back in 1841, there are still a lot of historical buildings, ex. Hung Shing Temple, Nam Koo Terrace, Blue House Cluster, & etc. The House of Stories has tours of Wan Chai History & Haunted House for guests to join. Villlain-hitting in Gooseneck Bridge is another must see. The purpose of this is to curse one's enemies using magic.
At InterContinental Shenzhen, Spanish-themed design is inherent throughout the hotel's architectural and decorative details. The uniform of bellmen, inspired by bull fighters in the well-known Mayor's Plaza in Madrid, is one of these subtle influences. Dramatic, dashing and colorful, you will be enchanted with this Spanish flair.
Whether you’re gazing over the skyline from the infinity spa pools or landmark-spotting from your suite, all of Hong Kong is literally at your feet. The hotel also offers world-class dining with three Michelin star restaurants.
Stayed again for my business trip. It's always enjoyable to stay here. I am always counting on the comfortable bed, great pillows, nice shower and the english TV channels, which I always get. However[More]
during this stay I have found that the furnitures are getting wear off. The office chair is having trouble to rise properly and the seating are a little broken. The sofa is sunken. I hope they can fix/change soon, because I plan to return.
Once again, the breakfast was fine but after 9 days of eating the same stuff you get tired. I have said many times scramble eggs is a must. If they can offer scramble egg everyday it would be excellent.
Other than that I like this hotel. [Less]
When checking in to a Crowne Plaza we always compare it to the mental image of stepping in from the freezing cold and the staff rushing to welcome you with a warm blanket and hot chocolate to comfort[More]
us. There is nothing cold to formal in how the process is handled. The Crowne Plaza consistently provided the warmth and genuine feeling of caring that so many hotels lose from their customer experience.
My wife and I wanted a break away and tried this hotel for the first time and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were wonderful especially Kenneth (Concierge) for finding somewhere for us to watch the Mayweather boxing match and Kelly (28th floor) for taking such good care of us in the Club, where the food selection, quality and quantity was on par every time.
The rooms are laid out superbly with the most comfortable duvets, covers, mattress and pillows. Plenty of plug sockets for the plethora of electrical devices we have and a socket with easy access to use the iron. A simple thing but something so many hotels get wrong.
Location is terrific with the Tram stopping directly outside the hotel and host of shops, restaurants and side streets to get lost in.
All in all it is great city hotel and we will be frequenting it again. [Less]
Highly recommended hotel. The service is excellent and except for the quality of the Western food prepared for the buffet breakfast, all is good.
Hong Kong seldom comes with such service. Overall, I[More]
