back. TJ then called the restraunt of where the tour was supposed to take us to eat. The bus still was not there- the Manager said the bus was running late for us to just wait. After 2 hours of waiting and calls going back and forth between TJ and the restraunt and then finally the tour company they said we did not have a reservation. Even though I had an email with confirmation. Jonathan at the tour company was extremely rude and didn't even try to look up our reservation. TJ got right on the phone and called another company and booked us a tour. Then all of the suddenly Savannah tour Co called back to TJ and apologized and said it was their error and they would comp. us. TJ then called the other company and called the tour he just booked for us. It all worked out in the end, but for 2 hours TJ worked extremely hard for us. [Less]
