Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Casually Modern I had stayed at another Staybridge Suite hotel for business for 3 weeks. I had such a great stay at that hotel that when I saw the same brand at such a low price, I immediately chose this for my one night stay during a weekend wedding. As usual, the hotel did not disappoint. There is a free breakfast that was healthy and offered a variety of choices. My only drawback to the whole experience was that my room had a slight odor to it (like someone who had previously used the room had used heavy deodorant). Other than that, I recommend this hotel. 18 November 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, but not a good value I had stayed at this hotel once before, and remembered it as top quality. While it was still good, there were points that had declined significantly since my previous stay. With the price that you pay for this hotel, I think these items need to be addressed. Breakfast buffet does have better fresh fruit than other IHG hotels, but the hot breakfast selections are lacking. The rooms on the top floor seem to let in far more noise from the surroundings than other floors, as I was unable to drowned out the sound of airplanes with both the A/C and the TV going at the same time. (I hadn't had that problem on my previous stay, which was on a lower floor.) The elevator is also quite slow for a hotel of this size. The fitness room does not have fans to circulate air, making it a stagnant space when you are trying to exercise. I still think this hotel is nicely run. The staff are among the friendliest that I encounter. But if they are going to continue offering rates this high, they need to make some improvements to the amenities. 17 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by perfect for a layover between flights This was a great hotel for a quick overnight stay for us. We were greeted with a gift bag from Ebony, who was friendly, attentive and excellent at her job. My only disappointment is that Breakfast is not served until 7:30 on Sundays and we missed it twice during our travels because we had to leave before 7:30 for early flights. All in all will stay here again for sure. 12 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved it, recommends it, but.... I had a lovely stay. Guy at check in desk was awesome. Loved him! However, I was saddened to see the food thrown away in the garbage in front of the guests at 7:28pm when the social time ended at 7:30pm. I'd had my fill, so that's not my issue. But It was such a waste! No one asked if those dining in the lounge wanted to take anything or wanted any other selections before the food was removed. Nothing. Just dumped out. I understand the hot and cold foods could spoil, but the Cookies!! Giant delicious chocolate chip cookies won't spoil. Leave them out for guest. Let workers take them home. Don't be that wasteful. Other than that, my room was lush and comfortable. Had a hard time waking up. 11 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Preferred high quality hotel convenient to the Airport This hotel offers high value for price accommodation and is an excellent layover hotel for an early morning flight out of Bush International (IAH), Ten minute shuttle from the Airport, excellent breakfast, hotel appears new and is very clean and inviting. Great reception at front desk. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. 06 November 2014
