Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great You know there is something going on when in the days prior to checking out of a hotel, you feel pangs of remorse and you know you are going to miss being there. This was my first experience with Staybridge, but it won't be the last. I had spoken with some of my colleagues regarding hotel choice, and took the plunge into the Staybridge brand. I don't regret a minute of it. The staff and support team are excellent, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. You can tell they take pride in the property and that is an asset to the brand. 17 October 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceeded Expectations, Will Stay Again We were just looking for a one night stay at a decent price. We found a hotel chain that we will frequent for life. The Staybridge Suites exceeded our expectations. From the moment you drive onto the property, you'll feel like you're a valued guest. We were greeted quickly by the front desk csr, I believe her name was Alyssalyn. She was very quick and efficient. I had the keys to our room in less than 60 seconds. It was so fast I asked twice to make sure there wasn't something else I missed. The hallways were clean and the elevator was quick. The room was bigger than we expected and the suite was perfect for our family of three. The bathroom is in the master portion of the suite but that didn't cause any problems for us. The only suggestion we have is to put a recliner in the living area. Wishful thinking but we made multiple comments during our stay that we would be looking for Staybridge Suites during our travels from now on because it felt like we were staying in a condo, not a hotel suite. Congratulations, Staybridge and IHG! You made a customer for life. 15 October 2014
