Staff were great especially Mirna (Go Bears)...David (thanks for coming to the rescue on the Blackhawk tix)....Do (great manager very understanding)....all the room cleaners...the kichen servers... Only advance to help is get a new luggage trolley or two as the one is in major need of repair. Overall would visit again and recommend it to many others 15 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable hotel in a very good location. I really enjoyed my stay at Staybridge. I was in the Chicago area on a work trip and the location was very close by, but I found I had easy access to many of North Chicago's best attractions. I was maybe 15 to 20 minutes from Lincoln Park and the Botanical Gardens and there were countless shopping centers and stores along Skokie Highway which could be reached in just 5 to 10 mins. Overall the experience was great. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was hot and good. 12 November 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk short-staffed, room odors Front desk not adequately staffed - only one person to manage incoming guests and also deal with inquiries and issues. Room had pet odor and sewer smell. I reported the issue to the front desk (after waiting in line) and asked for a different room. I was told the hotel was sold out so there were no other options available for me. Later in the evening I received an apology phone call from the desk agent. However, I could not answer the phone when first called because the bedroom phone was out of order. My bill was not accurate either. When the correction was made, the desk agent didn't offer any apology, she just made the adjustment. 21 October 2014
